Our family has been lucky enough to have been patients for over 19yrs.
From the ladies who answer the phones to the wonderful nurses to the billing dept to the doctors themselves you could not ask for a better place to bring your children for healthcare. We are always «squeezed in» if the kids are sick or given some comforting advise over the phone to make us all feel better. They are all so upbeat and positive with the children and our now «young adults» who by the way are refusing to leave their beloved pediatrician. Dr. Reicherts and all his wonderful associates have helped us with every issue from Diaper rash to talking to our teens about the birds and the bees. We absolutely would recommend Dr. Reicherts to anyone looking for an amazing pediatrician.

I cannot recommend a pediatric doctor better than Dr. Reicherts. We met Dr. Reicherts before he had his own practice ~13 years ago and we actually went on «interview» appointments to ensure we picked the right doctor for us. It was a simple, short process because once we met with him and heard how he was handling a screaming, few-​week old baby next door before meeting with us we were sold. All four of my kids have had him as their doctor. What is unique to Dr. Reicherts is the amount of time and care he puts forth. That said at times, our wait time was a little frustrating but we knew once we got in there we weren’t going to be rushed out and he’d provide the same focused care and attentiveness others got. I know that since then he’s hired other competent doctors and PAs and it sometimes takes a special request and time to actually get him, but have to believe that they must meet his standards and follow the same philosophy. Good/​great doctors are hard to come by and this guy is definitely one of them.

We had the privilege of having Dr. Reicherts as a ped’s doctor for our first two children. After muliple ped’s doctors (due to moves), I really miss how he ran his practice. He is amazing with a capital A! He addresses the children and builds an amazing rapport with the kids. It’s almost as if, he addresses the children first, then parents. Where as at other practices, the children are mostly ignored and the parents are talked to. Dr. Reichert really helped my children to not to be afraid of doctors and to see them as their friends. It was an amazing philosophy/​idealogy that most practices do no implement. It was refreshing to see. If you have the chance to have him as your children’s doctor, DO IT!!! He’s the best there is.

We have three kids and trust Dr. Reicherts’ opinion completely. He’s not holier-​than-​thou about questions or concerns. His relaxed style is not for Type A, uptight parents.
