What a huge disappointment this place was! First and foremost, I was shorted. I paid for a one hour massage through groupon and the massage guy (David) shorted me 10 – 15 minutes. When I laid down, the clock said 10:10am and he walked in a couple minutes later. He was done at 11:00am. When I pay for one hour, I expect an hour. This, in itself, is enough to earn him the 1 star…
To make things worse, this guy has an online appointment setting site (called Genbook) which asked for a review after. So I honestly assessed my massage experience. Shortly after, he wrote me a long email telling me that I was wrong and that he actually went over an hour based on his music list… which he judges time on. Umm… how about looking at a clock to figure out how long the massage was?! I did look at the clock and I was indeed shorted. I have no reason to lie about this and am shocked that I would contacted later to be called a liar. Furthermore, I went back on his online appointment setting site and found that he removed my review. What an interesting way to keep ratings high. Sad.
As far as the massage itself, it was mediocre.

My first massage appointment at this establishment was during a weekday, redeeming a Groupon — 60 minute massage. I arrived 20 minutes early and was asked to fill out a questionarre — target areas that I would like worked, health problems, etc…
I was shown into the massage room and re-​asked some of the same questions on the questionnare. Instead of viewing the questionarre while one is getting changing, etc… NO they wasted time and started me at least 10 minutes late. It turns out the questionarre was never reviewed prior to starting.
Session ended during the hour blocked… «shorting me massage time». That works for the business as they already have their money and aren’t concerned about a groupon paying customer.
The massage itself I had was OK.

Ive been for massage at this place for more than four times now. My massage therapist is Chelsea and shes the sweetest person I know. Shes good with her work, considerate and polite. Will inform you in advance if there is a change in appointment. And will never keep you waiting. Its not exhorbidantly priced and you will definitely get your moneys worth. I love going there and look forward to many more massages.
