I stopped in here to print a few resumes. There was a short line but I did not have to wait long. Michelle was very helpful and professional. This is a large office supply store that seemed to have a large selection. I would not hesitate to go back to this Office Depot in the future.

I placed an online same-day photo order and was promptly called back by someone who claimed she was at the end of her shift, off tomorrow, and that it would be too tedious and time consuming to process anyway. Unbelievable. It was a very stark contrast to the awesome service I received at their Aurora and Vernon Hills locations.

The customer service is pleasant, however, since Office Max and Office Depot merged, nothing has changed. They sell technology but technology in-store is lacking. The location is out of the way and personally, Staples is closer and their prices are similar so I’ve started going there since OfficeMax/Depot merged and moved to the outskirts of town.

Office supplies don’t excite me(except for the paper folding machine — I want one of those). What’s hot about this place is that it’s set back from Naper Blvd, so it’s often dead. If my boss calls me before I leave for work, in desperate need of paperclips, the detour is just minutes. They also do copy services, shipping, make custom stamps, etc. So if you really want to stamp your documents«This Asshole Wants Reply ASAP,» you can. Usually five cars in the parking lot, but lots of able-bodied staff to help find things. And they’re always great about lifting heavy boxes into the car for me.
