Have been getting Pieroni’s for around 30 years, it was consistently the best pizza and we got them when friends come over … but no more. The last 4 pizza’s we have had in the last 3 months have been horrible AND overpriced. After the disappointment with the first two, I called Aaron to let him know how bad the last pizzas were from the 87th street location. He assured me that he would call the store and that the pizzas this time«would be the best I have ever had». So, I gave it a try, after all anyone can have a bad product once in a while. Well, the two pizzas I ordered were just as bad as the last ones. I’ve concluded that what they think is a good pizza is just plain different than what I think is a good pizza. BTW both times we ordered thin crust 18″ sausage and 14″ veggie. The pizzas were so bad, that tonight when our friends came back over, they brought the food(I think because they were afraid we might order from Pieroni’s again). I don’t blame them, really. I hope your experience is better than mine, because I wouldn’t want a Pieroni’s pizza if it were free

I grew up right around the corner from Pieroni’s, so it was pretty much a staple in my childhood. My parents still live in the area, so this is always a comforting, affordable, and convenient option for pizza when we’re over at their house. We always order their traditional crust pizza which is thin with a braided edge. I like it because it’s not full of dough, but also not cracker thin. The pizza sauce is a generous portion, tasty and pretty traditional if you ask me. I’ve enjoyed all types of toppings, but my go-to is usually sausage and onion. The 18 inch XL pizza feeds about 5 people and is $ 16.60 for cheese and $ 2.35 for each additional topping which usually puts us at about $ 22 even for the XL sausage and pepperoni. Although, they always provide coupons on the box when you order. Pieroni’s does deliver, but we always pick up since we live so close. Our pizza is always ready in a timely manner and the staff, while young, is very friendly and efficient. Growing up I always knew somebody that worked there, so it was nice to see a friendly face in the neighborhood! I’m not as picky about my pizza as most Chicagoans are, so it’s safe to say most pizza is a win for me. Now sure, there are certain places I crave more than others, but for the most part, price and convenience plays a big role in my decision making since pizza is usually an on-a-whim meal for me. That being said, Pieroni’s is a great option. Affordable + convenient + comfort food = A-OK in my book!

We used to love this place. Lately, not so much. We ordered from here every week for years, then they changed management. Last night we were treated to hair in our pizza, mealy old wings and so much sauce that it was literally dripping from each piece. In short, the meal was gross. I’m disappointed that our local pizza place is now a shadow of its former self.

Just ordered 2 pizzas from Naperville location. Gave the girl the credit card number. The Pizza Boy arrived and said we did not pay via credit card. Told us we needed to pay cash. So we went inside to grab cash. I called the Naperville location to tell them that we did not want to pay cash that’s why we gave the girl the credit card number over the phone. The girl said«oh well we did not charge it» was very rude. I asked to speak to a manager. A young boy gets on the phone saying he is the manager. Saying we forgot to charge it. No apology. I told him that we did not want to pay with cash. He says«do you want me to have the pizza boy come back and give you the cash and charge the card. i said no thanks. The poor pizza boy has to go all the way back to fix the mistake of someone else! I normally never complain my family have been pizza deliver boys. I use to work for home run pizza for years. Never have I heard of them just saying oh we forgot to charge it. I am not asking for anything free. Just a sincere apology or better customer service.

I ordered a meal for my family and was told that the food would arrive 6:00. Well, 6:30 rolled around so I called and I was told that the pizza hadn’t even gone in the oven yet. They said it would arrive in another 20 min and I could get $ 5 off this one or a free pizza next time. I said I’d take the credit for a free pizza next time. Another hour later the pizza still hadn’t arrived, so I called again. They had cancelled the order! So when we finally got our pizza it arrived 3 hours after I placed the order(2 hours late). Next time I’ll get Little Italian.

I was very pleased with my visit today. I was unaware of their hours so I arrived about 15 minutes before they opened. One of the workers noticed I was sitting in my car waiting and opened the doors early for me. The pizza was done in a timely manner. So quickly that when I was waiting on my car again, one of the workers walked it out to me. Great service here!

Great pizza! Their sausage is tops, and they make a great veggie pizza too if you don’t like meat. Thin crispy crust, but not flaky like pastry style. Very good all around!

I have been going to Pieroni’s for years when I moved into a subdivision close to its location. My son’s band used to hang out at the restaurant so much that it dedicated a CD they made to Pieroni’s. This is going back 11+ years. Now that I’ve moved farther away, I still frequent this pizza place as it has really good pizza. From thin crust to pan pizza, I love it all. You can find a coupon on their website, as well as their menu that is attached to the pizza box upon delivery. The staff is friendly from the person who takes your order behind the counter or over the phone to the delivery person. I’m happy they still deliver to my new house farther away!

My family has ordered from this pizza restaurant for years. Although their thin crust pizza is not crispy, it has excellent taste and uses great ingredients! I have to say that the 1 $ is a bit startling to me, for a pizza I’d place them in the 2 $$ range.

I was pretty surprised by how good Pieroni’s Pizza was. My husband and I ordered a medium pepperoni pizza for take out tonight and our total came to $ 14. The medium pizza is normally $ 12 but every additional topping is $ 1.70, which I think is kind of pricy for a little pizza place, but what are you gonna do. There is a $ 2.00 delivery fee, so we picked it up and it was ready within 20 minutes of us calling and ordering, which was nice. The pizza itself was pretty good. It wasn’t too thin like most pizza places around here. The crust was perfect, the cheese was great, and it had plenty of marinara sauce; so much marinara that sometimes it would ooze out after you’d take a bite. Some people don’t like that, but I love a lot of sauce on my pizza so I thought it was great. My only issue was that they covered the thing is oregano. I HATEOREGANO! Bleh. I’d probably order from this place again if I had a coupon. It’s close and it’s better pizza than the Domino’s down the street. My only issue is the price for toppings and the fact that the cook went a little crazy with the oregano.

My husband and I love Pieroni’s! It’s no Lou’s, but it’s a great local pizza place. We seriously almost get it on a weekly basis. Make sure you sign up for their text deals, they just had one the other day for a large, one-topping pizza for $ 9.99. Their Mexican pizza is definitely one to try!

Good pizza, when you need a quick dinner. Not our first choice, typically Giordano’s or Lou Malnati’s but sometimes you need a quick pizza fix and Pieroni’s fits the bill.

My family likes all kinds of pizza. This is our go-to place when we’re in the mood for thin crust. My boys always request Pieroni’s Pizza when home from college. I signed up for their text alerts and get notified for special offers. Especially like their 2-for-1 offers. Our pizzas have always been ready when promised. Only reason I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars is because they don’t open until 4pm.

Their extra thin pizza is good, their stuffed pizza is horrible(cheese on top) and their calzones are nothing to write home about. My last visit there they told me it would be ready in 15 minutes. When I got there 15 min. later, I had to wait another 15 minutes, as they said they always tell people that when they’re about to close . There was no dipping sauce this time and when I bit into the calzone, there was way too much sauce and it ran down my chin, causing second degree burns. Time to find a better spot. I could do without the loud club music in the background on the phone and when I get there. You’ve lost a loyal customer.

I have lived in the area for a long time and Pieronis has become a staple of my Naperville diet. It’s is always a good quality product with reasonable prices. However recently when I go to pick up they are running very late from my pickup time. So I usually sit and wait 15 to 30 minutes while really loud club music blasts from the back. The staff is working hard and very nice, but some TVs in waiting room and good music wouldn’t hurt.

My dad use to do these crazy scavenger/treasure hunts through the entire neighborhood. Once we’d finished following the final clue, it would lead us to Pieronis. He would be sitting there with a stack of huge pizza’s waving us in screaming, «COOOOMEANNNNDGETIT!!!» The pizza’s respectable, not the greatest. But who cares, that’s not why your ordering from here. It’s comforting, affordable, and close. They’ve been around for ages and I often ask myself«how have they stayed open?» as I drive past. However they’ve done it, I’m happy for them. Sometimes in life it’s good to see things unchanged.

Good regular crust pizza, love the sauce! I wish the price was a little lower. Although they have a couple of tables, this is a take out pizza place. And they don’t sell slices.

Has been in the area for quite some time. Thin crust was very good. Crust ends had that twist design to it. The sauce, which had a good zing to it, whatever that means, and the bacon topping, cause everything tastes better with bacon, made the pizza great.

I’m just going to start by saying, as a pizza enthusiast myself, Pieroni’s will not be the best pizza you’ve ever had. However, for over a decade Peroni’s pizza has delivered great pizza, for a decent price, from just around the corner. It may take more than one order to get a pizza exactly how you like it, but they’re willing to cater to specialty orders. Great pepperoni, great sausage, amazing veggies, fast delivery, and it’s within biking distance if you really don’t want to pay delivery charge. While it may not be the best pizza you’ve ever had, Pieroni’s is consistently great, consistently fast, consistently hot, and consistenly cheap.
