Every time I have gone into this facility I always have Amber take care of me. She is very pleasant and knows her job. It’s amazing how she remembers what unit I have! The facility is very clean and well taken care of.

The signup process was easy, but that was about where the pleasentries end.
Unit leaked
The front gate was broken open for nearly 2 months before they got around to reparing it
The keypad is broken which makes it hard to key in the entry
The lot was plowed poorly during the winter
Rates went up, and upon cancellation was informed that I was 2 days past to get any level of refund for having billed the full month. The District manager gave me a song and dance about policy and made no effort toward resolving my disappointment.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Rented a unit from here last year, and the DM was a total jerk the entire time I was here.
During my rental time the front gate was broken open and left like that for close to 2 months.
The key pad is broken, so its extremely hard to put in the code.
The snow removal was done poorly, so it was hard to get into storage during the winter.
Leaky unit.
I would not suggest this location to anyone.
