This storage unit is the worst one I have ever used. First off, my things were stored for no more than 3 months and all of my contents were completed covered in mold and ruined. It was an interior unit and the hallways and ceilings were covered in mold. The entire unit and all units nearby were ruined as well. They have not contacted any other tenants to make them aware of the damage. They are WELL aware of it and have viewed the hallways. The ceilings are bowed and covered in mold. There is nothing safe in there. They do require that you obtain insurance to cover items stored here. However, they assume no liability for «storing» goods. Their customer service is horrendous. They are claim they are not responsible and have no training or information on how to work with the insurance company. They do not apologize. They are completely aware that these units are saturated in mold and damage to their roof/​ceilings and have not made a single step to rectify this or notify current renters. They are disgusting and horrible at responding to these issues. I have lost everything in this unit and they won’t even call back or help. This is a horrible storage space with serious health and building code issues.
