I rented a large unit here for 16 months. I would give Public Storage, as well as this location in particular, zero stars if I could. I 100% agree with Steve L’s review below. Hands down, the worst customer service I have ever experienced, from the staff at the facility to the call center to the district manager(who I agree is useless). I had a problem with my bill regarding an incorrect charge, and the call center could not help. They referred me to the district manager for recourse. I left him 3 messages, and he never called back. So my issue never got resolved, and I had to just pay the charge so my property did not get sold to auction. I have since checked out of the unit, and to date not one single«thank you for your business» in person or email. They don’t even pro-rate if you move out before the end of your billing cycle, and I know that other companies will do that. Steer clear of Public Storage, period, for the reasons stated here. There are other storage companies who do a much better job taking care of their customers. Update: 10⁄19 — I received an automated email with a survey link asking for my feedback today. When I clicked the link, Surveygizmo stated that survey no longer exists because it was deleted by the owner. I wonder if there are any actual human beings that work at PS?

I have been a Public Storage customer at this facility over 3 years and besides the fact that they have raised my rate for the same space from $ 159 – 209 over the past 2 years, they have the absolute worst customer service both with both their corporate and local office. The District Manager is totally useless and promises to make a refund but never does until I complain. On 6 occasions over the past year, the gate has been inoperable and in disrepair. I use this for our business Naperville Traders Estate Sales and I am supposed to have 24 hour access but on too many occasions they have not fixed the gate for over a week at a stretch. I will be leaving this storage facility as soon as I can find a professional organization or warehouse. Steer clear for more reasons than I can mention here. Regards, Steve

Stopped in yesterday morning(6−6−15) with absolutely no clue on what I needed and how everything worked at this facility. I was very lucky that Matt was there. He was extremely patient and knowledgeable. He showed me different options and packages. He really did a great job! I left there confident that I signed up for the correct unit for my needs. Fantastic facility! Clean, easy to navigate and super friendly service! Super flexible rental options(monthly pay-as-you-go, plus you can upgrade/downgrade as needed). Convenient hours and access times and really convenient! So glad we opted to use them for all our storage needs!
