Pros:
–Pants were creased properly and were cleaned
Cons:
–They affix a bar code to your clothing item that can not be removed
Recommended:
–No, they were not forthcoming with their process and did not work with me to resolve the issue. To most customers the bar code sticker wouldn’t be a big issue, but since I was not made aware of this fact it is a HUGE issue. I will continue to try to work with them on the issue, but as of right now I wouldn’t recommend them.
