The Energy Bar has given me a detailed education on how to take charge of my own health by using natural modalities. Their approach is friendly, open, and positive, so refreshing as compared to other medical offices. The personnel share their knowledge without time constraints and they become your wellness PARTNERS rather than take a formulaic, narrow minded pharmaceutical approach to whatever your situation may be. I feel that I have benefited enormously from all of the modalities, but because my chief complaint has been plantar fasciitis, the PEMF machine is my personal favorite and I find myself making rapid progress with an ailment that generally takes AGES to heal. Every staff member knows me personally as I do them, I am among friends when I enter the door! I sincerely hope The Energy Bar opens more locations soon!!!

I have had 5 sessions at The Energy Bar so far and every one of them has left me feeling rejuvenated and more energetic than when I walked in. Mat, Ingy, Jon, Victoria, Cris and Jeff (I know them all by name because they are that personable.) have been helping me with a shoulder injury I have had for 10+ years and a lower back pain that I’ve had for 20+ years. The back pain was gone after only a few sessions and the shoulder injury is in repair and doing better each week. As if this weren’t enough, the HOCATT sessions leave me completely focused, relaxed and ready for anything for the rest of the day. Outstanding staff, facility, recommendations and treatments. Highly recommended everyone give them a try!

My experiences at the Energy-​Bar is based on the last 6 weeks… there is so many great things to say about how the team makes me feel — the personal touch, they know what I need and want — all really great! But more importantly how I feel inside… the best way that I can express it — is at 50 years old — life has taken a hold of me, since my intro to the Energy-​Bar I feel life has changed — from working on the outside to what I consume for the inside… I see the «Golden Years» in really being Golden! … and the Energy Bar and its pro’s have started me on that path of wellness.
