DONOTTAKEANYTHINGTOTHESEPEOPLE!!! Absolutely the worst small business I have ever dealt with. I brought my PS3 there to get fixed, and made the mistake of prepaying. The guy told me it would take 2 or 3 days to fix. After a week I called them, they told me it should be done that day and that they would call me when it was finished. Another 3 days went by without a call. Finally, while I was at work, my wife drove there with my 2 year old son. When she got there they told her it was not ready yet and to come back in an hour(they obviously hadn’t even looked at it yet). So my wife and son went and killed an hour. When she went back they told her it would be another half hour. After finally getting the PS3 back I brought it to work(firehouse). ITLASTED2DAYSANDTHENBROKEAGAIN. I called them to complain and get my money back and obviously they never called my back. My friend fixed my PS3 a couple days later and said the guys who«fixed» it before did a horrible job. He said they really didn’t do anything. This is a joke of a company. They will rip you off and the customer service was absolutely unacceptable

When my HTC Evo 4G slipped from my hands and onto the pavement that fateful night, its screen — ANDMYWORLD — shattered into pieces. After weeping bitterly for several hours, I decided to call The Tech Shop. They fixed my screen as good as new, and now my beloved and I are reunited. Con: It took several days longer to fix than they told me to expect. They also said they’d call me when it was done, and they didn’t. I had to call them twice to get an update on the phone’s progress. Pro: The cost of repair was actually about $ 30 less than they initially quoted me. Not sure why, but I’ll take it.
