I recently dealt with Mark at Ticket America for Blackhawks tickets. It was a last minute plan with my in laws coming into town and Mark really knocked the customer service aspect out of the park. I was busy rushing home from work to meet up with my wife and in laws and mark hand delivered the 4 tickets to my house and placed them on my front porch! It reassured me that there are still companies that exist that provide excellent, above and beyond customer service and Mark at Ticket America had done just that for my family and I! The seats were great, price was right, and service was outstanding. WAY TO GO! I now have a go to ticket guy for all of my entertainment and sporting event needs!
