Towing Recovery Rebuilding Assistance Services

I was locked out of my car during the worst conditions ever… my gas was almost empty, during rush hour with negative 10 wind chill. Thankfully i called this company out of sheer luck. They dispatched a service technician within 20 minutes he was here and opened my car without a problem. I am impressed with the level of service I received. Cory the technician who unlocked my car was very nice and professional. He even followed me to the nearest gas station to make sure I didn’t stall… Ive never expected this level of service and I am overall pleased to have called then. Nothing better than a reliable trustworthy auto company… Definently doing business with them again.

I really appreciate the service I got from this company. I already wrote an amazing review that Unilocal didn’t post. I did post a screenshot of the review. I hate dealing with car issues. It is terrible. Waste of time and waste of money. At least when I am in a tough spot Tow Recovery Assistance can be available to me ASAP. Thanks guys!

I had a really poor experience with this «company» (aka a dude with a cell phone). I called because I needed a tow. The first thing Mike told me was that they had a company that could save me money on my transmission problems. I explained that I wanted a tow to the dealership. He said he’d have someone there around an hour, or a little bit after. He also gave a quote that I thought was fair for a tow 10 – 15 miles.
I called 1 hour and 15 minutes later looking for an update and was told 1) that it had JUST been an hour, even though it hadn’t (why he had to try to argue with me about it when I was being polite I don’t know) and 2) he’d be there any minute. 20 minutes later I asked my husband to call again as I had been planning what to do with him and my battery on my phone was running low and he was told he’d be there any minute. 15 minutes later I called again and and was told Mike would find out where he was. 15 minutes later he showed up.
When the drivers showed up it was THREE people. Two drivers wearing company t-​shirts (for a different company than the one listed — Mike is a BROKER not a towing company) and a random guy who didn’t speak English, wasn’t wearing a uniform t-​shirt and was carrying a backpack. For a woman alone it was definitely scary. Keep in mind, Mike asked me if I was alone when I booked the tow, so they should have been aware. Unfortunately since I was stranded and it was getting dark I didn’t have many options. Since the tow truck only sat only 3 one of the original drivers actually had to sit in MY truck on the flatbed (illegal) and he drained the battery (I had been sitting w/​my car completely off — not listening to the radio so this wouldn’t happen).
Then, when we finally got to the dealer we discovered the dead battery and the tow company tried to charge me $ 20 more than the high end of the quote Mike gave me. And their reasoning was that they had to come from Aurora to pick me up in Romeoville. Well, I didn’t ask them to do that, Mike did, so it wasn’t my problem.
All in all, beware. Since this company is a broker they never really know who is driving, where they are, when they’ll show up, or if they’ll have random strangers with them when they do. They also won’t know what the cost will be before hand (or they won’t be honest about it).

I just had the unfortunate pleasure of needing to use this towing company. They were extremely fast, very courteous as well. They also beat everyone else’s price on getting my locked keys from my car. I would highly recommend them, especially for his quickly they were out. They were also upfront about costs of getting my car unlocked. And judging by the owners enthusiasm, I would also use them for Towing. I am definitely going to recommend them to all my friends. They definitely take care of their customers. Cory is top notch in my book. Thank you for getting me back on my way quickly.

Customer service is top notch. Corey was pleasant and courteous. No one likes getting a flat tire so it helps to get a reputable company there.

Thank goodness for this company. I got a flat tire this morning and I was unable to get through to my insurance company so I came across this company after doing a quick search on here I contacted them and in less than an hour they sent over Corey who took care of my flat tire issue! It was a quick and efficient job and I’m glad I called them! Hopefully this doesn’t happen again but if it does they’ve got my business! Kudos to Corey for braving this cold to help me out :)

I have had a bad year for locking my keys in my vehicle (2 times in the last 6 months!) and tonight I found myself in the same situation again, and not able to get into my house since the house keys were with the car keys. I googled Lock Out Service and my zip code on my phone and Towing Recovery Rebuiilding Assistance Services came up first so I called them.
I was anxious to get someone to come as soon as possible because I was stuck outside in the winter with 2 dogs and a puppy and we needed to get inside to get warm!
Corry, the guy that answered the phone said he could be there in 10 minutes and he actually was there when he said he would be. Within 10 minutes he had my car unlocked, only for me to find the keys weren’t in the vehicle at all. I had dropped them while I was struggling to hold groceries and walk the 3 dogs to my door.
Being a very friendly and helpful guy with a great flashlight, he helped me looked for them in the snow, and we found them! I’ve never had a person from a tow company go out of their way to help like that.
I would highly recommend this company to anybody who needs help getting into their car, or needs their car towed for a reasonable price. They even do replacement battery service on site. I hope I never need that service, but if I do, I’ll be calling them.

This was the worst towing experience ever!!! Our car died on the side of the road in Naperville. When the tow truck arrived an hour after we called they told us they could take a car to a shop they use and they would look at the car for us and tell us what was wrong for free! Even better if we liked their price for the repairs then the tow would be free as well! Sounded great. Over the course of the 4 days that the place they took our car to (Last Chance Auto Repair), no one ever called! We always had to call them and follow up with them. We decided not to repair the car but ask for the price to junk it and they wanted to give us $ 250! After the cost of the tow which was an arbitrary number with no paperwork of $ 107, we decided we just wanted the car back. This is where you have to be careful who you call!!! The tow company and the auto shop are one in the same! So after 3 phones of the tow company trying to convince us to fix the car or take the offer of $ 250, we finally got them to send a tow to bring the car to our house. When asking how much the first tow was (they had never given us a price on the tow to the shop!!!) no one could give us answer, we had to call back 4 times in one day to get a price! We also made sure to get a price for the tow back to our house as well which they said would be between $ 100-​$ 110. We asked I how we could pay and they said charge or cash only. When the car made it to our house the tow truck driver wanted to charge us $ 5 extra to use a charge card. The tow truck driver was not from this company listed here even though that’s who we called! They sent someone from last chance auto recovery and told us that they would not waive the fee even though we were never told about it. After having to call two different bosses from the two different companies they finally have us our car back and only charged us $ 110 instead of $ 110 plus the $ 5 fee!
Completely unprofessional!!! STAY AWAY!!!
