Update My Stairs

Mike (Update My Stairs) has just completed the balusters. We had 125 balusters changed out. The job was done in a couple of hours. Mike and his crew were very professional with their work and cleaned up after themselves.
Mike did recommend another company (Over Easy Kitchens) to sand and re-​stain the oak rails and posts. This company also did an excellent job and Mike was able to co-​ordinate between them to make sure the work was completed in a timely manner. The entire job took 4 days from start to finish. Felt pricing was fair and reasonable.

Vice President Michael and staff did an outstanding job installing new balusters in my home. Communication with the company was very professional. Setting up an appointment was a breeze and installation was done efficiently and in a clean manner. Recently had update my stairs install wrought iron balusters in my home to replace existing wood. Getting an appt. to see the material with Michael was very easy, he came that same day. Getting a quote, very easy, got it that same day. Asked him to come out another time to choose balusters and he was polite and timely. Balusters were ordered an installed on date promised. Problem is, he did not have the correct brackets to hold the railing and I was promised them in a day or two. Nope, nothing. Was contacted 1 time after about 1 week to have the correct brackets installed, but he will not call me back or email me back. It has now been 4 weeks and 1 baluster has completely fallen out of the hole and 2 others are loose. No response via email or phone from Michael.
