Nice WalGreens right in downtown Naperville. I like the convenient parking(several spaces are marked for 15 minute only parking so that you can get in and out quickly). The staff was friendly enough and the store was pretty well organized.

I love the convienience of this location in downtown Naperville. Also the pharmacy will fill your prescriptions fast while you wait(usually ten minutes tops) even if you just brought the script in.

This is theoretically the most convenient location of Walgreens for me, but I have dealt with the pharmacy on several occasions now and a couple of things have been done incorrectly, causing double-check phone calls and second trips, which is a pain, and frankly I just don’t have time for it. Also, don’t try to go in the evenings(especially on a Friday or week-end), because the lot is all parked up be people going to nearby restaurants, despite the«Walgreens Parking Only» signs, and it’s clearly not monitored. If you’re just getting something from the pharmacy you can try to navigate the chicane of a drive-thru in back, but that doesn’t help if you need anything else from in the store. I will cite one good thing about this location: a young clerk at the front counter(female, high-school-age, with funky glasses and pink dyed hair recently), who defied the typical teenage stereotype by offering excellent customer service and politeness. She alone brought this store’s rating up from one star. In the future, for convenience of parking and hopefully better service in the pharmacy, I’ll try the Walgreens on Ogden.
