Fast, friendly service repairing a problem with our dryer. Steve discussed the issues and possible solutions with me and made useful recommendations that considered our budget vs. how long the dryer would last, etc. Would definitely call again. Cash or check only.

Outstanding!
I called Steve in the morning & he returned my call within an hour. That was my first surprise. Next, he told me he could come out and repair our refrigerator later in the day. We had a problem with both our range & refrigerator. He was able to replace our ice maker right away, but he’d told us the problem wasn’t that the ice maker needed repairing at this time. Our problems was ice in the line. I really appreciated both his honesty & the fact that he had a replacement in his truck for our almost 20 yr old refrigerator. Today we’ve got ice & the refrigerator is able to really cool!
Steve has been involved in both appliance sales & repairs. He really knows his stuff! Don’t waste your time looking elsewhere. This guy is a gem.
