Horrible experience with John and this company. I really can’t describe the frustration we have had in dealing with him. It has taken over two years and our kitchen is still not complete, and what is complete is poor quality. The veneer is already peeling, the panels were not finished at the same time which resulted in several different shades of finish, and the finish is coming off in several places. His workers scratched our new stainless countertop, and our new floors, and freshly painted ceilings. I really could go on and on, but the list is too long. He has lied to us too many times to count. We were hesitant to give him the last draw that he requested, but he assured us that he would finish the unit if we paid him. That was over a year ago, and now he says he needs more money and won’t do anything else unless we pay him more. We have already paid him too much. We received a bid to complete the job and it is twice as much as we owe John, and yet he is saying he needs more money. I have been told by our building manager that the board has prohibited him from starting any new projects in the building. Needless to say, if I had it to do over, I would go with a different company.

Probably one of the worst experiences we have had with regard to getting a finished product. Dropped off some cabinets a a single cabinet door to get refinished. The broke the door and it has been one nightmare after another trying to get a new one or that one correctly repaired. Missed deadlines for the last 90 days. Stay away!
