B&B Theatres Naples Town Centre 6

Pre-​ordered tickets for Star Wars this morning for a 6:25 showing. Showed up at the theater to find tickets and concessions on the same line, without any box office. So after waiting in line, we’re told that the movie is sold out… they had sold our pre-​ordered tickets. After giving us attitude about showing up early (what’s the point of pre-​ordering if you have to wait in line and show up early) they then attempted to refuse giving us our money back. After some deliberation, they had to give us our money for the tickets back one by one, which ended up taking 20 minutes. Absolutely terrible theater, absolutely terrible service, absolutely terrible employees. Honestly absurd it’s still in business.

I have closer theaters to my house, but I drive to this theater because the prices are much better, tonight each adult ticket is $ 9.75. Usually this theater is clean, but tonight it is extremely dirty, no one has bothered to clean this theater all day, we could barely find a seat without garbage littered all over. Awful!

Four of us went to a movie at this Theater and the AC was on so low, it felt like it was set on 80 degrees. There were only about 20 of us in the theater, and at least 7 people went to management to complain. Still no AC. Then the power went out. When the movie started again we had the overhead lights on for the remainder of the movie, but still no AC. THE MANAGEMENT DID NOT CARE.

The seats are nice but we were dying in there! We asked for the air to be turned on it was hotter in there than it was outside! They still didn’t turn it low enough and all of us were sweating. No air circulation or cool enough ac = not going back until that is fixed! #turnontheairconditioning!

This is a small local theatre. They do serve beer and wine which is nice. There are only like 6 theaters and showings are limited. We were able to purchase our tickets online and walk in painlessly. Will return

Popcorn with butter made me horribly I’ll. I know its fake but I didn’t expect to be queay for two days with diarrea. New seats are OK.
