Great fabric; horrible fabrication
They have a wonderful selection of decorator-​grade fabrics here. Nice sales staff and great prices, especially when they’re running the extra % off promotions. But Do NOT use their in-​house decorator service! I had a simple pair of Roman shades made and it took 3 trips pre-​manufacture and 4 trips post to get them looking halfways right! Everything from they made them too wide to they just didn’t hang straight. I have 9 other custom Roman shades in my house made by at least 3 different vendors and never had any issues with fit or finish. Not so with this set! Very incompetent. Only got action when I threatened to dispute the charges with my credit card issuer.
