Wow. What a disappointment. Do not waste your money by working with Carrie. My sister was recently married at the Marco Island Marriott. She hired Carrie as well as her assistant(that was an extra fee) to make sure that her day went perfectly without any issues. She did nothing of the sort. Carrie and her assistant(we never got her name nor were we introduced to her) provided a one sheet at the rehearsal but most of the information was incorrect or unclear. I would have called or texted with questions but they did not provide contact information for us to do so. That was the fist sign that they would be useless the next day(wedding day). During the wedding day, they were completely MIA. We had to call the hotel coordinator to have her track them down when we needed information on where to meet etc, since the sheet was incorrect. If the hotel did not arrange a day of coordinator as well this wedding would have been a complete disaster. Thank god for Alyssa from the Marriott. It rained during the ceremony which is in no way related to Carrie BUT wouldn’t you expect that the day of coordinator would be present post ceremony to help with getting family members together for photos(especially since she said she would)? or directing the photographer to the suite that was reserved by the hotel for photos in the event of rain. We found out after the fact that the suite existed. Nice job Carrie! I guess she didn’t want to deal with the rain and any issue that came with it, so she just disappeared. Additionally, no one knew where to go post ceremony. She did a poor job of leading guests to the cocktail hour. We have no idea where she was all day. I could go on and on but I think this is reason enough to stay away… far away.
