Receptionist had the personality of a snail and was very uncaring and unempathetic. No one waiting when I arrived. All staff in a BS session. I was put in a room quickly however it took an hour to be seen. WTH! Needless to say I won’t be back. Also place had an odd odor.

I went to ER Quickcare because I’m fairly new to the area and don’t have a regular doctor yet. The receptionist was very friendly and I only had to wait a few minutes. The waiting room was very clean and quiet. The doctor that I saw was awesome and the whole visit was very easy and short, not what I normally expect from a walk in clinic. They called me the next day to see if I was feeling better. I would definitely recommend it over other walk ins in Naples.

The receptionist is very rude, they don’t need to have an actitud with somebody that is feeling miserable already… Very bad customer service.

I was feeling a bit under the weather today(flu is going around), so I drove to the nearest med stop that was open on a Sunday. My suggestion is only go here if you are deathly ill. They only had one doctor on duty, and the room was packed. Everyone was coughing and hacking, yet they don’t offer face masks to keep the germs from spreading. I guess it will only benefit them if more people get sick, right? Lol. Two hours later, I’m finally in the exam room. They shove a flu test swab up my nose(and feels like it’s going up to my brain) — which is good to see if I have flu right away. The assistant takes my temp and bp– and I’m waiting for the doc. The doc comes in and is very friendly. He leaves to take care of some things while waiting for my swab results. An assistant comes in and holds a zofran up to me and says to take it for nausea right now. I say I don’t know what it is and I want to look it up on the web first since I’m hypersensitive to most meds. I look it up and it’s for cancer patients! It says to NOT take it for any other reason than after surgery or after Cancer treatment! Wth??? I refused it, of course. So doc comes back in to tell me my flu test was negative, and asks me what I want to feel better. I said I had no idea I just want to feel better. He gave me a Perscription for a Zpack and… Wait for it… a Perscription for Zofran! Smh… Altogether, the wait time until getting out was a little over 3 hours. The doc was nice, and the nurses and receptionist were friendly.

I was taken to quick care because the extent of my problem was not extremely urgent to end up in the emergency room. I was seen quickly and had an X-ray and other standard stuff done. They then referred me for a cat scan at Naples diagnostic imaging. I then went back and the doctor ran through everything with me. Overall they were quick and a lot cheaper and less stressful than going to the emergency room.

I found myself on the phone all morning with rude office help from numerous doctor’s offices in the area looking for help. ER Quickcare was the only place that didn’t treat me like a bother and I was impressed with the professionalism and acuity that was presented when I arrived. The waiting time was minimal and my kidney infection was quickly diagnosed and I was out the door with my prescription! This place does not accept appointments, it is walk-in only. Very clean and welcoming atmosphere. Located in the same plaza as Comcast, Metro PCS and Starbucks on Livingston Rd/Pine Ridge Rd
