This place has great authentic Italian food; everything on the menu is delicious. The service and atmosphere are both great. Most of the pasta is homemade and the meals are made to order. I’ve ordered almost everything on the menu and have never had a bad meal. Book a reservation in season. Out of season you can walk in and usually get seated right away.

We go here often and the staff makes you feel like family. Everything on the menu comes out perfect and their drinks are great too.
Italian is my favorite and I know good Italian. This is on par or above many of the restaurants we’ve tried in Italy. My favorite is the 4 cheese pasta — you’ll want to lick the plate. Anything you order will leave you satisfied and wanting to come back!

My husband and I ate here for the first time on Saturday evening. The food was fantastic! We both had specials — Grouper francaise and Seafood Mediterranean. The bruschetta appetizer was also delicious. I would highly recommend Gino’s.

We were in town from South FL for a soccer tournament and looking for a place to eat on short notice. Most of the restaurants were packed, including this one, but they were able to get us a table for eight people on short notice.
From the beginning, the service was great and the hostess and server were both very friendly considering we had a table full of kids (albeit well-​behaved).
The food was very well-​prepared and delicious. As a bonus, we even got to meet Gino himself!
I would definitely recommend this place for those seeking tasty, moderately-​priced Italian food, whether your a local or just visiting. Thanks for a great experience!

Have lived in Italy and this could be the best Italian food I’ve ever had. Stumbled on the resturant in strip center on way from Naples to Fort Lauderdale and how lucky for us. Great service and food. Will definitely return the next time I am in this area!!! Veal piccata was to die for, honestly!

Having dined at 5 – 10 other Naples area Italian restaurants that are usually over priced, some being in downtown, I was hoping I found a diamond in the rough in N. Naples. Not only was I disappointed in their higher than usual prices (should be shown as 3 $$$) for a place a little removed, but the food was just ok… certainly not 4 stars… and the service was less than ok. What happens when you sit down for a meal at most restaurants, especially Italian, bread is automatic and how about not having to ask for water? When the bread came, it was two very tiny rolls for two people… really? It’s not that expensive! The pappardelle with bolognese sauce was a tad better than jarred sauce. The chicken francese was a little too lemony and when I asked to delete the two sides and instead simply get a very small serving of spaghetti with just oil and garlic, that was extra. Extra for spaghetti that was overcooked anyway because it’s probably sitting in a pile for other orders? Truly not opposed to paying for good food but that reasonable authentic Italian restaurant keeps on eluding me in this area.

Just had the supreme pizza and it was awesome! We are not fans of thin pizza but this could change our mind. Service was GREAT! If you can hit their happy hour even better! (only till 4:30). But even at full price it would be good.

It’s been a while since we’ve been here… Last time seemed much better. This time food was just eh. We ordered the egg plant and chicken Parmesan from their ‘summer’ special menu. In the ‘fall’ lol. The salads were just ok, the entrees were average at best even though the pasta served with the entrée was very good the egg plant was mushy. The special also comes with tiramisu for $ 19, which isn’t a bad price but I expected the food to be on point and it wasn’t.

Awesome dinner this evening! Everything was fresh and the service was great! Met Gino, his wife and mother! Authentic Italian cuisine by a family owned restaurant! Thank you!

Amazing home cooked Italian food, with huge portions, friendly service, and good wine. Feels like coming home to dinner in Italy. Don’t miss the Osso Bucco and the Bracciole. Best we have ever eaten.

Service was good Atmosphere was ok Food portions were very small Taste of food was ordinary I was pretty shocked at the small size portions of food Two manicottis for almost 14 dollars it looked like an appetizer Four shrimp in an order of shrimp fra diavlo for over 21 dollars Will not go back sorry Was going to try pizza at another time but i wold probably be disapointed

As a local year round Naples resident this has become my favorite Italian food restaurant. The food is always good as is the service and a very nice atmosphere.

We ate here last night and I was disappointed. After reading all the reviews I expected excellent food and excellent service. I got the chicken frances and it was not as good as I expected. The sauce was more like a gravy and the chicken was not very flavorful. It came with mashed potatoes and green beans and they were ok but would not get them again. My husband had the veal chop special which he liked. The minestrone soup was delicious so maybe I just had a bad meal. Our waitress was slow. There were several tables that arrived after usl, were fed and left. It was very crowded so I wil give it one more try.

Nothing but sauce. …and more sauce. …where is the food. .also no grinders or subs. …customer service lacks completely. .would never go back again save your money

We had the seafood special & eggplant parm both were good, service was good on a busy day. Only regret was not trying this place sooner, we will be back.

Great service at the bar from Mino! We got carbanara & the lasagna to go. It was very very good. The ceasar salad had shaved parm very good. Nice creamy sauce and a hearty meat sauce on the lasagna. Will def be back to try the linguini.

We live in Naples and we make sure we stop once a week. You know the show Cheers? You know you wanna be; where everyone knows your name. That’s Gino’s. With great food and service. Chicken Vesuvio. The best!

Been here a few times now and haven’t been disappointed yet. Authentic Italian, good service, moderately priced – what more can you ask for? I highly recommend trying the spaghetti carbonara – the absolute best I’ve ever had (and I’ve had plenty). If the quality wasn’t already up to par with your nonna’s kitchen, the freshness is what really brings it over the edge. It’s like they make the pasta fresh for each order. If you’re looking for good Italian in Naples, this is one of the very few joints offering it.

Great family restaurant. All dishes are made fresh daily. The owner Gino is always there to greet the guests. The Frutti Damari is amazing. We have a house close by so this is always a must when in Naples.

This place is TERRIBLE! The food is crap and severely overpriced. I paid $ 5 for a side Cesar salad that consisted of brown romaine, the core and a couple of croutons. The ravioli is the frozen stuff I buy at Sam’s club and there were 5 ravioli DROWNED in bad marinara. The chicken parmesan would have been great had it not been so overcooked that my knife could barely cut it. No wonder the place is empty. $ 40 I’ll never get back…
