I finally found an HVAC company that’s honest and doesn’t push new systems after every other sentences from their mouths. We were looking for quotes after a one local major HVAC company insisted that we need a new system to replace our aging unit. I requested quotes from different local companies. Kristin Air was the ONLY company who sent a tech to check what we needed done before giving a quote. After checking the old unit and fixing a couple of small items i requested, I was given a quote for replacement. Not once did I hear any poor excuses on why I have to replace the system right there and then. He even advised us to wait a little bit longer because it’s still functioning fine and cooling the house without any problems. This was great news to us. We could really use the spare cash to take care of other things that need attention to our newly purchased home. When the time comes to replace our system, I think we already know who will get the contract.

Wow! These guys are great! Justin is fantastic. Fast response, helped us with a major AC blowout that was still under warranty. Then he helped us trouble shoot our Nest from afar. Super responsive, professional, tidy and no BS! Highly recommend!

I live in an older Naples home and have been through a few good, but unremarkable AC company’s over the years. All of them had a habit of repeatedly telling me how I needed a new AC system. A few years back my brother recommended calling Justin at Kristian Air. Justin has handled my AC maintenance ever since. He has known my unit was on it’s last leg, but didn’t give me a lecture and a sales pitch on it every time he came out. He tells me exactly whats wrong and gives a fair price to fix it. He’s always on time and completes the job quickly.
This year I finally had to shell out for a new system. Kristian Air’s price was competitive with other national companies and they didn’t try to up-​sale me into something I didn’t need. I finally have an AC guy worth recommending!

Last year I needed to replace a condenser and air handler in a Naples condo unit. I met with a few HVAC guys, compared apples to apples, and chose Kristian after meeting with Justin Bush. They gave me a competitive price, had a good product, explained what I needed and didn’t need, showed up when they said they would, did the job, and left the condo unit clean. A professional job.
