Best deli sandwiches this side of New York! Corned beef is my in your mouth. Rye bread is fresh and delicious. Hot dog was great and a meal in itself. Knish was delish. Service was s bit slow but I guess that’s the price of an artful sandwich.

Marci, is a no nonsense person, with a warm heart, who is way too busy to imagine. The food is the best deli in Naples — the closest to NYC Jewish delis I’ve found here. The soups are all really good & the Reuben is fabulous. In season it is beyond busy.

While I have eaten at Larry’s on many occasions, I am not a regular. I begin with this because I am aware of the directness/indifference(rudeness) of the owner who works the front/phone. I have had great sandwiches from Larry’s, however they make mistakes and it’s not perfect. Yesterday, WHILEDRIVING, I called and ordered a half sandwich with soup(after being chastised for not looking online for specials). When told it would be 25 – 30 minutes, I said, «I’m sorry, I can’t wait that long», and she hung up. She simply hung up. I called Olympia, ordered a Gyro lunch special(Greek salad) with drink, it was ready in 5 minutes and cost about ten bucks. It was perfect. I will not call Larry’s again because I don’t want, and don’t have to, be treated that way. There’s no excuse.

I’ll admit, a few years ago when calling to order food for the first time from here… I did have the same experience as others with a less-than-friendly lady on the phone. BUT, the food is phenomenal, and as soon as I alerted the younger lady to the issue, she apologized and sent me free soup with my delivery. I agree that I am normally a service snob, but in this case I will continue to come back because I ADORE the food and the owners kids who run the place now. They are super helpful and kind. There is no question regarding the food. THEBEST soup, salad and sandwiches in town. I sometimes drive back to Naples from Miami just for the day to grab lunch with my family here. Thank you Marcie, Sean, Larry and Kim for providing a top notch lunch spot in boring ol Naples.

THEBESTSANDWICHESINNAPLES !!! Visited this place with friends for lunch and it was terrific! The service was more than impressive. Quick, pleasant and very friendly! Our friends had hot corned beef and capricolla sandwiches, my wife had the Carol’s Classic Club and I had the Sam’s Steak with cheese and onion. The food was absolutely DELICIOUS! The four of us had also a variety of sides like onion rings, cole slaw and potato knishes all of which were very delicious! The food is really fresh and seems to be homemade. We were also surprised about the menu with all sort of salads, burgers, dogs, chicken, soups, and even some deserts. The prices are more than reasonable!

Relocated from New York eight years ago. My favorite sandwich is chicken salad on rye with lettuce. Simple but impossible to find the way I enjoyed it in NY. Finally found it recently at Larrys, can’t wait to return to Naples next month. My husband enjoyed his pastrami sandwich too. Generous portions too.

Don’t know if the food is good because after a 45 minute wait we got our money back and left.

My sister and I stopped in to grab some lunch to take home for ourselves and my 16 month old son. When we go home we realized instead of grilled cheese for my son we got a chicken Cesar. My sister called and the girl on the phone really could care less. She said if we didn’t want to come back«thanks for calling». As if that wasn’t bad enough r the food was DISGUSTING. Chicken was nasty tasting and salad was old lettuce and tomatoes completely grossed us out waste of money. DONOTEATHERE.

The one star is solely based on service, as I have never tasted the food. I needed to send food to a relative in Naples after a death in the family. I found Larry’s on Unilocal, and called to have some food platters delivered. The woman who«helped» me was about as unhelpful and miserable as they come. An address wasn’t good enough, she wanted the name of the development and directions. I explained to her that I live in California, and could not supply this info. I then went on Google maps and read her the cross streets. Not good enough! WHATISTHENAMEOFTHECOMMUNITY!!! For the 3rd time, I told her I did not have this information. I finally asked her if she could look it up on Google maps. She said no. All the while, she kept talking to other customers and/or putting me on hold. She was bothered and testy that she had to speak to me. I’m assuming she is an owner, because no business would put up with this quality of an employee. I kind of wish that I lived in Naples, just for the pleasure of never stepping foot in Larry’s.

Been coming here for years … Best deli around! Marci(AKA soup nazi) is only rude to the stupid people that hold up her line. It’s a very busy place because the food is excellent

The food was actually pretty good. The sandwiches were huge. The staff on the other hand was not friendly. They were completely overwhelmed and a mess. Things were getting dropped and left on the floor as the server ran around like a chicken with its head cut off. If you go. Bring an appetite and a lot of patience.

Great New York Kosher deli with great choices. The employees are extremely friendly. During lunch, however, it can take quite a while for your sandwich so suggest you order ahead.

The sandwiches are barely good enough to merit being completely ignored by and understaffed and busy deli. it may be the other locations are more attentive to their paying customers but skip this one if you actually want to eat something.

Food is incredible and Marci is part of the ambience that makes it an «experience». Very best green pea soup and Reubens… we can never get past those to try more because they are THAT good! Marci is the local famed«soup nazi» with a big heart… even Seinfeld’s Soup Nazi had to visit after hearing about her and he left his total respect on her wall. What a hard working gal… not rude… we love the place… relax and enjoy the very best food!(Jerry S.)

Fantastic place with incredibly fresh ingredients and tasty sandwiches. We ordered the #8 and a roast beef and they were fantastic. Get there early to avoid the rush!

I was visiting from California. Never been to a place that are so rude to their customers. After reading other reviews, I guess it’s a common problem. I also didn’t find that lady funny. If you can’t handle customers, then get in the kitchen. TOTHATLADY, YOUHAVENOPEOPLESKILLS. Food was sloppily served and sandwich fell apart. My buddy didn’t even get his soup and was better off not saying anything to avoid an argument.

Some may think the rude woman taking orders is funny, I did not. She was equally rude to my husband and others in the restaurant. She literally grabbed my full bowl of soup out of my hand and splashed it all over my hand while I was headed to the counter to see if I could get my lukewarm soup hot. She was totally out of line from the moment we made contact with her. I have been in the restaurant business as currently work in retail. I would never talk to and treat people the way she did. Although the soup was good this place is a real turn off to me. I have eaten in some great deli’s and will miss them while in Naples for seven months. I won’t be going back to this one until word is out that they have better customer service.

Man! What a great club sandwich. My girlfriend got the cheesesteak which was also delightful. Great onion rings, hot, fresh, crisp. The fries were tasty if a bit limp. Free refills on fountain drinks and all for around $ 12 a person. I will be back.

Was in the neighborhood and just had to stop. Wish I had called ahead. This is still the best corned beef or pastrami sandwich in Collier county. We had the Reuben — as is and weighed over 1 pound. the we also tackled the pastrami, cole slaw, swiss and had it grilled like the reuben. that was over 1 pound too. perfect rye bread; delicious succulent corned beef and pastrami; and great sides. A special place if you need a deli fix. Skip the burgermaven. ask for Marci…

Yes, it was very busy, but that should never cause a restaurant to sacrifice food quality and courtesy to customers. We ate at the Larry’s lunchbox on 41 and it was so much better, delicious in fact, and worth the money. We will not go back to the one on Airport Road.
