Limoncello Naples

Enjoyed a great meal for the second time at this great establishment. The ambience and décor is as welcoming at the gracious and professional staff.
The great service was only overshadowed by the fabulous cuisine. Eggplant is an art — especially when the eggplant parmigiana is not breaded and fried.
This is a cozy atmosphere where the teamwork is evident. While we had the attentive service of Nico– all were there to be certain our experience was perfect.
And– if that wasn’t enough– the music and sounds of Rick — filling the room with Sinatra, Martin, Elvis and yes– Garth — made this dinner an event
And don’t forget Barry at the bar!

My wife and I visited Limoncellos for the first time on Valentine’s Day in 2015. We had a very nice meal. The food was very good Italian food. The waiters were attentive and very professional. The musician and singer played a nice selection of Sinatra and other Italian themed songs.
We have returned a couple of time since then and although the experience wasn’t quite as much fun as our first visit, the food and service were consistently good.
There are so many great places to eat in this area. I highly recommend you give Limoncello’s a try when you have a special occasion.

Great Italian food. Being from Boston you get spoiled with the North End. As soon as we walked in my girlfriend made the comment about how much it felt like the north end.

The food was very good, expertly prepared and nicely presented. The appeal of this place however, is the atmosphere! I felt like I stepped into a time warp. From the crooner that greets you at the door to the waitstaff all wearing Fedoras. It may not be your cup of espresso, but I loved it! Finally, thank you Athena for making my visit a memorable experience.

Went on a Friday night and had a reservation. Restaurant was not crowded but there is a singer when you first walk in. Both bat and diners hear him constantly. He never stops. Waitress took drink orders promptly but came back to ask again what I wanted. Menu is good and prices reasonable. We ordered calamari and Caesar salads to start. All came out together rather than calamari as an appetizer.
Meals were eggplant parm, spaghetti bolognese, chicken cacciatore and pasta with clams. Two meals came out followed 3 minutes later by other 2. The cacciatore was piccata instead and eventually returned to the kitchen. The eggplant order added daily vegetable which showed up after the meal was finished. Cacciatore was tons of tons of sauce with what appeared to be can vegetables and 2 very small pieces of chicken. All other meals were Fair. Never were we asked if we wanted more wine or drink refills when beverages ran out. We had to ask. We did receive a small complimentary glass of limoncello after our meal. We opted elsewhere for gelato and left.

Entertainment very enjoyable nice place for a celebration, American Italian food, good service very friendly, large portions good value, tonight a birthday party, older group of nice folks. Music dancing.

Had a good time, Singer and Italian Music were great, Veal Entrees were Flavorful and Tender. Caesar Salad was spot on as well as Tiramisu.

Had a family gathering in Naples, FL. At Limonchello’s, 3800 N Tamiami Trail. We all had something different and it was all DELI CIOUS! Not only that, but it all came out hot and together– there had to be at least 16 of us – no small feat! We also had live dinner music that did not overwhelm our conversations. What a delicious and enjoyable night!

My boyfriend and I absolutely loved the authenticity of this restaurant! Great food everything including the spread for the bread was fabulous we loved it so much we went back with friends and were sharing forks all night. The atmosphere with the live music made it feel rather nostalgic. Super cute place I would recommend for a romantic dinner, with friends or a family gathering.

You have to try this. Authentic. Fun. And food is amazing. The pasta cooked just right. The desserts were original and tasty!

We had a delightful experience here. The atmosphere was quite nice although a female singer was a little loud. Service was great. The eggplant Parmesan appetizer was excellent and could have been an entrée because it was large enough. Spaghetti and meatballs were tasty with a good red sauce. The patrons were definitely older. We will probably return.

Terrible tacky place. Food was mediocre at best. Loud beyond belief with a singer that was even louder.
The service was very slow. We couldn’t wait to get out of the place.

I was at this place a year ago and recently drove by. I cannot believe I didn’t rate it. It has good structure but don’t be deceived. The service is slow as if the kitchen is easily overwhelmed. There was one staff who seemed to have some authority but walked around with a scowl and was defensive to questions. I am not sure what I ate at her than cloves of garlic.
For the incontinent guests the bathroom offers free depends.

was there a 2^nd time, and it was spot on! The pasta was cooked to perfection and my wife had sea bass that was also just terrific. I recommend the limoncello house salad, the flavors are well blended with the house made dressing and sliced local tomatoes. At the end we were given a glass of the house made Lemoncello, it was a great way to finish a terrific meal.

Very disappointed, did not have what we wanted from the menu, poor pour, on both wine and regular drink. Red wine came in the wrong glass. If it were not for our waitress we would have left. Spoke to the owner on the way out not much satisfaction with just «I m sorry» the classic the kitchen was overwhelmed not good enough for what is supposed to be a good restaurant! Will probably give one more try as we live close by… We will see!

We were very disappointed in everything from not letting us know soup and salad is extra when they ask us if we wanted it to charging us too much for our wine compared to the menu price and being very snippy when we questioned it. Will not recommend.

My husband and I had gone on a Saturday not realizing you should have a reservation. Luckily we were given the last open table. We waited about 7 minutes before someone came over. We were getting a little annoyed. But when the waitress came over, she couldn’t apologize enough. She said everyone had all come at the same time. It was all up hill after that. We placed our order. She immediately came out with our drinks and rolls with a delicious spread. Quickly, followed our appetizer and then in a timely fashion came our entrees. The food was amazing! Good portions and all the food was very flavorful. To top it off, they had live entertainment. The owners were going around to all the tables to make sure everyone was satisfied. If you are looking for GREAT Italian food, you should give this place a try. You will definitely return, I know we will!
