I had appointment this morning at 9:10 and the receptionist called me at 8:30 to tell me the dental hygienist was ill therefore they had to cancel my appointment. At this point I already had a babysitter at my house and was on my way to there office!!! I understand people get ill, but this is why a well ran establishment like this should have more than one hygienist available! Needless to say they lost me and anyone else I know as a client! I also told the receptionist that I felt like they owed me and she said we don’t owe you anything. Way to keep your clients!

This is the best dental office I have ever experienced. Everyone is extremely helpful and professional. From Vivien who handles appts, insurance claims and the office management to the hygenist and Dr. Makram, I have had nothing but a great experince. The environment is clean and inviting and the equipment state of the art. It’s nice to watch tv while your dental work is being done.

This is my favorite Dentist EVER! Caring staff put you at ease and everything handled so professionally! I actually look forward to my visits! I love the reminder texts… so beneficial for my busy schedule.

I received a letter in the mail from this dentist now, he states that we must work in an «atmosphere of trust» and the fact that I have left him a bad review for sending me an additional bill has caused him to end our dentist-​client relationship. In fact, I have even had a cleaning done at his office this year, just a few months ago. Basically he is pissed by the truth, then he had one of his friends write a review here on Unilocal to make him look better than he actually is. What a quack!!!

I have never walked out of a dentist office thinking «wow, that was a great visit» until now! I had a wonderful experience at Mark Makram’s office. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating and the facilities are immaculate! The best part was watching a beautiful flat screen TV during my cleaning :) Mark was kind, welcoming and straight to the point which I love!
I have already recommended several friends to use this dentist and will never be going anywhere else in Naples!
I also had no issues with my insurance or billing unlike the last person. I was in and out in under an hour! :)
