It is now nearly 1 month since I placed an order with this company. I would not deal with this company again. There is no response, not way to get an actual living person on the phone. I contacted them trough email and I received a message back«they will get back to me with tracking information» that was three days ago. This is the worst company in terms of customer service I have ever encountered. Therefore no rating is appropriate. Carol from Massapequa NY

If you are looking for customer service, this may not be the company to contact. I ordered 6 grab bars 13 days ago, received confirmation of order and that it was shipped. That was the last contact with the company. The 800 number is only an out going message(would never deal with them again for that alone) that tells you, you can only send an email with your order number for tracking and hey will get back to you. Three days later still nothing, now I have to reverse the charge on my credit card. Not a company I would recommend to anyone!

I been dealing, or trying to deal, with the Mr. Grabbar out of Cape Coral with no luck at all. I called to get information but didn’t get a real person, just a recorder to leave a message. About 5 hours later someone returned my call and then said he would get the installer to call me. I asked for the installer’s telephone number but was told it would be best for him to call me. 24 hours later, still no call from the installer. In the meantime, I went to the online site and found a grab bar I liked but it showed it would take a couple of weeks to get it delivered. I sent an email to support and then decided to call the 800 number to see if it might be in stock but got an operator who said I would have to leave a message and one of the managers would call me back with the information. I asked her when that would be and she just said«…they take calls in order». There must have been a lot of calls to answer since I’m still waiting for a return call 3 days later!(No reply to my email either.) BTW, the coupon they have in the paper is only for a certain type of bar they carry on the truck – apparently they only have a couple of standard bars they carry so if you want anything else installed you have to order it – good luck with that…
