Mr. Rooter Plumbing

This was the most amazing experience i have ever had with a company. My home had a clog 100′ from the house yet William a plumber of Mr. Rooter came out and worked over 3 hours at the same rate he quoted me. His manager also came out to check things out and they never stopped until the finished the job!!!

I hired Mr Rooter for an emergency job on a Sunday night and I was expecting a very expensive bill. To my surprise, there was no additional fee for the emergency call or weekend call. The plumber David came right away, he was extremely knowledgable, professional and very honest. I was so happy with the job that I signed up for a service agreement and I have called them back for other work in my home. I highly recommend this company and out of all the plumbing companies out there they are the best. Top quality, great prices and friendly staff.

On vacation at my folks place at the end of March called for a clogged drain fix, gave a two hour window for arrival. Did not show up during that time period. Called back to see what the deal was and the woman who answered was wise and smarmy on the phone. Ultimately canceled the appointment and would never consider calling this business for help again. Nor would I recommend them, go with a small business if you want something done.

I am a rare five star guy. Five stars means to me not just that they did their job but rather they went above and beyond. On time and early. Employee (Dave) was presentable, polite and ON TIME!!!
Representative ackowledged I needed to get to work– did his work— wrote an invoice— set up the next appt all within 20 minutes.
I would say 90% of groups are our there to pull your pants down on price and unnecessary fees. Not this company.

If you want prompt, courteous, honest and quality work give these guys a call. You will not find any better. Our water heater went out. They were true to their estimate and came when they said they would. Amazing how quick and clean the job went. Top notch!!!

We put our total trust in these guys. The first time we called, instead of taking advantage, they asked us to try a few things to save us money and them not having to come out. We followed their advice to pull the switch in the breaker for our failing Hot Water Heater. It worked. We told them when the day came to replace, we would call them, AND we did!
They are local, not from Ft Myers and far away, and have the best $ deal out there. The worker went thru details of what he was doing and why and how much it would cost. Some were included, while other companies would just keep adding up every little item.
They won us over, but still hope we don’t see them for awhile. Not easy to hand over another $ 900, however, if we must, we prefer to hand it to them.
