We had a great day on our rental boat. We rented the hurricane deck boat. There were two of us on the boat and that was way more than enough room. The staff is extremely helpful and nice. Ask questions regarding directions and items on the map or you’ll be wishing you did later. The price is extremely reasonable. The only thing we noticed was that the boats are not as clean as we keep our boat at home. They sit out over night and only certain parts are covered and protected from the rain. With that being said, the boat was wet this morning when we picked it up and therefore there was a lot of dirt that we weren’t expecting. I wasn’t comfortable putting bags on the floor or putting our dry clothes in the storage compartments. We read some reviews regarding what to expect and some of the advice id like to reiterate is: 1. You can not go into the gulf. You spend most of your time cruising 30mph or less because of manatee zone regulations through the channels from Naples to Marco island. There is only one opportunity to go full throttle and that is just before hurricane beach. 2. If you are going to hurricane beach you can pull the boat right into the shore. Bring water shoes as the beaches full of shells. On that note, those around us said it was a great place to go shelling. 3. Take full advantage of the 8 – 5 rental time. If you are not familiar with the area or the navigation, you will spend an hour or so getting to hurricane beach and then an hour from hurricane beach touring Marco island. 4. Bring bug spray, hurricane beach where we saw a lot of NBR rentals and spent most of our day is not all beach. You share the beach with a bird breeding reservation and mangroves. There can be a lot of bugs if you’re not prepared! Anyway, when we visit again in the winter, we will definitely return to rent another boat! Great experience.

After researching all the kayak rental options in downtown Naples, my husband & I decided to rent from NBR Boat Rental. NBR has the best rate in Naples, friendly service & a laid back vibe. They gave us a dry bag for our phones at no extra charge & a laminated map to help us navigate. We really liked not having to transport the kayak ourselves. They launched us right into the bay. We will definitely rent again & recommend NBR to all of our friends!

Reasonable prices. Professional. Polite. Organized. Nice clean boats. Collared shirts for the staff. No nonsense. No fuss. Arrived at 845AM and was motoring after brief and thorough check in. GPS with depth finder was clutch. Full day with tax and fuel and tip $ 450. Fuel efficient four strokes save you $ 25 immediately as opposed to other rental companies. three children happy. three parents happy. Strongly recommend.

What a great deal and very nice people to deal with. The boat was very new and a pleasure in all ways. Loved the included GPS unit! This is a inexpensive way to see the Naples area from a differant perspective. Top notch!

This place probably has the best deal when it comes to kayaking, and that’s what sold me to go here! They offer kayaking, paddle boarding, and boat rentals. Their kayak deal was $ 20 for a single kayak and $ 30 for tandem kayak, both for half a day(4 hrs.). Most places rent kayaks out for $ 20 – 30 for only 2 hrs, so I really couldn’t pass up this deal! The staff was super friendly and very helpful, which is also a bonus. As like any kayaking place, they make you sign a wavier in the beginning. I highly doubt anyone reads it, but I’m a little more anal as of lately about knowing what I’m getting myself into. Just know for your information, if you bring the kayak back 15 mins late, they’ll charge you an extra $ 35 and if it’s 45 mins late they’ll charge you $ 65(I think that’s right). Soo just be careful! For kayaking they give you a map to take with you and on the map there are 2 different routes you can take. They’re both in the mangroves area(this isn’t the nicest water to kayak in, the fact that you can’t see through the water scares the crap out of me!). The route my boyfriend and I went down was pretty calm, but we mainly went down it because halfway there’s a restaurant you can dock at called Jack’s River Bar. It was impossible to find though, because the sign for it is TINNNNNNNY!!! And the area seems so sketchy… and you can’t really see the restaurant… so you’re like«uhhhh? to dock or not to dock??» Soooo if you do decide to go there by kayak it’ll be on your right hand side, you’ll see a dock with a sign on it called«Gordon’s River». The food there is pretty good. If you decide to go down the other path, the guy at the store said it’s for people who«like nature and want to see wild life». Ohhhh… and you honestly won’t be kayaking for the full 4 hrs. I got tired of kayaking after like an hour haha. So far, this is my favorite place to kayak in Naples(mostly because of the good price).

Very easy process and great directions from the crew. The half day rental was affordable, and the boat was extremely clean and nice! Took the boat all the way to the beach and back and only took about $ 50 in gas. Highly recommend!

Our family has enjoyed these extraordinary rental boats on two occasions and are anxiosly awaiting an occasion to go for number three. Whisper quite with trim tabs, I-pod freindly stereo system, and live well if you want to fish. All this for the same money as the lesser boats we’ve rented in the past. We highly recomend Naples Bay Resort Boat Rentals
