Staff not very helpful. Doc is great, however takes a long time to get in to see her and always end up waiting forever when we go.

Dr. Ogden is kind, compassionate and knowledgeable. She debunked a diagnosis that was given to me years ago of macular degeneration with her advanced technology. She also got me seeing ²⁰⁄₂₀ again despite my vision progressing to needing toric lenses. I hadn’t seen her in a year, yet still remembered details about my life and asked me how things were going. Great bedside manner. Her office is clean and her staff is patient and polite. I wish she carried a greater stock of frames, but otherwise I love her office. I also love that she brings in her dog with her. He sleeps all day but never leaves her side, he’s an unofficial member of the staff. Really makes you feel like part of the family.

Simply put Dr. Ogden is the absolute best Optometrist I have ever been to. From the first visit, it was clear that she truly has a passion and cares dearly about her patient’s vision. Please if your considering a new eye Doctor and are in the Bonita Springs area, this establishment is the best place to be. I have never felt a more welcoming experience from any of the previous establishments I have utilized over the last three years here. I have have had bad vision my entire life and have been using different doctors all over the state of Florida for over 25 years. She is the BEST!!! I have never had better vision. She took her time to work with me and get the precise measurements I needed to see clearly. Doctors have said I would never see better than ²⁰⁄₇₀. Let me just say I now not only see better than ²⁰⁄₇₀. I am able to read confidently at ²⁰⁄₅₀ and sometimes on a good day I can get a few letters on the smaller lines. My vision is better now than it has ever been and am truly thankful to have had the opportunity of being Dr Ogden’s patient. You must give her a try. I promise you won’t be let down.

After breaking my sunglasses on vacation, they put my lenses in a new pair of frames. Fantastic customer service!
