Just terrible! Their customer service is a joke and absolutely no help at all. Even when you get a store credit, you have to use it in the store! You can’t use it online!!! Who’s ever heard of that? Also, I’m pretty sure most of these reviews for Pier 1 were self made or paid for by Pier 1. This place is the worst!

This store has everything! And it smells so good! I was immediately drawn to the candle section. I ended up getting the vanilla scent and the ocean scent. My house never smelled so good!
They have a large variety of candles, home decorations, pillows, furniture, lamps, rugs, dishes and vases. I wish I were a better decorator, because I wanted to buy so many things, but I didn’t know what would look best in the house, so I ended up getting a sleigh deco for Christmas.
The cashier was very friendly, and gave me a coupon for 10% off one item, so that was nice.

I love this store! They have a great variety and always have new things to look at. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I visit every chance I get.
