Pizza Hut has consistently gone down in quality. I used to order it all the time when I lived up north but this location needs some work. Doesn’t taste like real cheese and two out of four times it was only slightly warm. I ordered from different parts of the menu and can only recommend the pasta. My wings were drowning in sauce and my breadsticks were way over cooked. My pizza was ok but I am definitely done ordering here :(

I just finished my big dinner box which I normally enjoy. Unfortunately this time the crust was wrong and I did not receive the drizzle on my pizza. Pizza was a little cold because they were late.

Ordered the big dinner box online a few nights ago. The ordering process took awhile and there was no warnings for upcharges, so I had to cancel part of my order and reorder. I was given an estimated delivery time and the delivery driver showed up 30 minutes after the estimated time. We open the pizza box and realize the order is completly wrong. My boyfriend calls the store and we are told the driver will be called and he will bring us our correct pizza. About 30 minutes later, still no pizza, so we call agian. The person at the store tells us she’s not sure what the status of or order is. We ask what to do with the other pizzas, because neither of us are fans of the flavors. We’re told to just keep them for our troubles(Thanks! Just what I wanted! Pizza I don’t like!). We’re pretty hungry by this time(almost 2 hours after ordering at this point) so I have a few cold bread sticks and cold, rubbery boneless wings. Finally, our pizzas arrives– over 2 hours late– at 10:30pm. It was the same delivery guy, and he didn’t apologize! It was way too late for me to eat our pizzas, so now I’m stuck with 4 pizzas, which I’ve had to throw most of it away, since 2 day old pizza is gross. I took a survey with pizza hut and voiced my dissapointment 24 hours ago, haven’t heard anything. Just an overall unpleasent experience and I highly doubt I’d order from here again.

I just wanted to acknowledge a young man who was working here tonight that have my son a couple of quarters to get some candy after I came in for a carry out order, I was all out of change and he went out of his way to make him smile. I greatly appreciate it ! Thanks & pizza was made to order :)

Horrible customer service. We placed our order on a Monday evening and it took over an hour and a half from time of order to receive our pizza. It was over 45 min late & I couldn’t reach the actual store. I was sent to a hotline that said they could give me half off for a late, cold pizza. I wasn’t expecting gourmet, but I was at least expecting decent customer service. I will never buy pizza from them again. I will just stick with Jets. Update: it has now been 2 hrs since my order & I am on hold for the manager of the actual store. At this point my order is an hour and 10 min late. I was on hold for 20 min when the driver showed up. He called on his phone & I spoke with yet another person who told me that if I didn’t want to pay half, then they would just cancel my order and leave me with nothing. I told them they will leave the pizza with me for free and I will never order from them again. Fyi, the delivery guy, Carlos, was very polite and understanding. He is the only person at this store worth anything.

This experience started horrible and the only reason I am giving 3 stars instead of 1 is because of the manager that helped me when things went wrong. Thank you Jaclin! we ordered a large pizza and boneless wings. The first girl we talked to had no clue. She was asking the dumbest questions and was not listening to what we were saying. Frustrating. We received our delivery quickly by a friendly driver. When we got back to the hotel room from the parking lot, we discovered that we were not only given the wrong pizza but the wings were not boneless, the wrong quantity and the wrong flavor. Wow nothing correct at all. I decided to drive to the restaurant and try to get it settled myself. When I got there, they started to tell me that I ordered wrong. WHAT??? how can I order wrong? It doesn’t matter what I order, it is right as far as they should be concerned. Grrrr. Frustrating. So they offered to make it again. I told them what I wanted(again) and waited. It came out wrong again. SERIOUSLY??? Grrrrrrrrr Frustrating. The male manager came out and expressed his frustration to me and then walked to the back and started to yell at the kitchen so loud that all of us up front could hear it. Now for the good part. The whole time I was there watching this train wreck, the female manager(Jaclin) was very calm and patient. Turns out I did order wrong. I did not realize that if the PH is not a Wing Street, the sauce options are limited for the boneless. So when we asked for mild boneless, the first girl put in mild bone in.(because there is not a mild option for boneless) Hmm Who knew? Jaclin went to the back, opened some sides of hot and put them in a bowl. Then mixed in some garlic butter to soften the head and made me some Mild sauce. HOLYCOW! That is great customer service and it tasted great. Then she personal prepared and made my 3rd pizza. It was honestly the best one I have had from any PH. My wife and I were super mad in the beginning but we ended up full and satisfied with great boneless wings and a fantastic Pizza and we owe it all to Jaclin.
