It’s an executive center where many different types of professionals have offices. There’s plenty of additional parking in the back & there’s also a back entrance that leads to the reception desk. If u want to check out the directory it’s across from the reception desk on the big screen TV. If ur there for an appointment then go to the reception desk & tell them who u r here to see. They give u a # & call it out when that person is ready to see u. If ur here for a conference or meeting then follow the instructions u were given :-) or ask the receptionists if u need help – they generally know what’s going on & are happy to help u. Free coffee, assorted teas & fresh fruit infused ice water in the reception area. If there’s no coffee/hot water left no worries, there’s a 2nd station on the 2nd floor. Plenty of comfortable couches in the waiting area with side & coffee tables. There r also tables with chairs on side areas. There’s a magazine rack on the wall. The bins that look like pretty garbage bins by the back & side door r NOT garbage bins – they have umbrellas in them! :) Check out the framed paper on the mirror by the coffee– it’s like a «quote of the day». It might be actually but I only come once a week so can’t promise that. Can attest it usually makes me smile & sometimes even LOL. If you r coming in after hours when the front desk is closed then park in the back bc that’s where the intercom is & you’ll need to dial the extension of the person ur meeting & they’ll buzz u in. If u 4got their extension use the directory on the intercom box to find it(it’s in alphabetical order). I know you can rent/lease space here and that’s about all I know about that side of the business. You can call the front desk or check out their website for details, pricing etc. I’d suggest contacting professionals currently utilizing the space to find out how things actually work etc bc my review is strictly from the client side of the biz. So the only things I can confirm for anyone considering an office here ate that the center looks professional & has that atmosphere, the receptionists are very helpful to clients, they also manage lines efficiently, there r year round nice touches that I mentioned above & also seasonal ones like decorating & putting out complimentary cupcakes & cookies for holidays.
