Premier Property Management

Premier Property Managenment has been Fantastic! I started using their company 3 years ago. Mike, James, Josh, Andrew have been a pleasure to work with. They are professional with an enormous sense of care towards the homeowner and the tenant as well as the home. It is definitely not an easy job to balance but yet they try to keep everyone happy. They are diligent in communicating and handling repairs while providing monthly reports which are accurate and fully transparent. They have given me extreme comfort in renting out my home. They are always accessible my text, email or phone. They are HIGHLY Recommendable!

I have only one star to give to this company…
Only because zero is not an option!
I have never run across such a poorly managed team of people in my life!
I rented my home from them 7 months ago and am STILL waiting for my «move-​in» list to be completed.
I always thought when you rented a home they furnished you with gate access, keys, and garage remotes, not these selfish money hungry thieves.
Then again, why furnish keys to a he that the DOORS DONT LOCK AND ONE IS MISSING THE DOOR KNOB COMPLETELY!
The freezer doesn’t freeze, the fridge drips water all over the food, the ice maker doesn’t work, the hot tub didn’t work for the first 4 months, and still has no light in it.
They keep switching handymen and pool companies with out notice. (Unpaid workers)
Windows don’t open, blinds are almost all broken, sliding glass doors don’t close, I had no glass in my shower for 5 months, my list would eat up this whole feed if I posted it all…
My realtor/​manager is JOSH, he doesn’t answer calls, texts, or emails.
I held my rent for 5 days 2 months ago just to see if they would finally work, instead I got a notice on my door telling me to pay immediately or get out and leave my stuff for them.
HAHAHA, I don’t think so boys!
Your management team sucks and I have contacted the home owner directly as well as compiling all the copies of texts, emails, and pics for my attorney.
So, will I ever rent from you again???

Premier Property has been great. I rent my condo out annually and feel very comfortable with Premier managing it for me. Anytime I have any questions or concerns, James the owner gave me his cell number and I can call him directly. I actually picked Premier over other companies based on great reviews. I have been using them for 3 years and will continue. Thanks!!!

I bought a home in Bonita Springs, Florida. Having never owned a rental property before, I entrusted Premier property management to run my property. They secured a family to rent the home and also collect the rent. They take care of all repairs and handle all correspondence from the renters. They have made owning a second home a breeze. James Jones is a great manager and runs a very good business and I would highly recommend his company.
