This is the way the health care system needs to work. You can make an appointment online and they actually honor the time. I had a 7:15 appt. and I was actually called at 7:13. Everyone was exceptionally nice and at the same time very efficient.

May 28 2015: Got to Quest Lab at 8:30 A.M. And it is now 11:00 and we still have not had our bloodwork. This place is awful. Keep hearing excuses that they are short staffed. That is not our problem! People are missing there rides to nursing facilities because of the very poor system they use here. They are taking to many scheduled appointments if they are indeed short staffed while walk-​ins sit and wait for hours! We will tell everyone we know about the poor service you get from this lab.
