This gem of a brewery just opened in late November. They have several taps, including rotating taps that feature other Florida brews. We tried the two flights(so all of the mainstays) and there were several beers that I really enjoyed, especially the Kraken DIPA, Nymph’s Nectar Belgian Dark Strong and the Undertow IPA. The beers were all really smooth and drinkable, even the full-bodied ones. The bartenders gave us some amazing beer mix and they also offer cold seafood spreads and dips for sale. During the evening hours they have different food trucks where you can buy food. The bar has a beach/surf shack vibe which I really liked. The bar top was made of reclaimed wood that reminded me of driftwood. There are games and giant Jenga to keep you entertained while you have a beer. I really liked this place! The location leaves something to be desired(it’s in a tiny strip mall area on a side street) but I think RipTide Brewing will be successful! I will be back the next time I’m in town!

What a great place to chill out, laugh and enjoy a variety of great craft beers, and ciders. They offer a nice array of different flavors from light to bold and everything in between. The prices are some of the best in town, the atmosphere was fun, laid back with live music. There was a competitive game of Jumbo Jenga going on, really fun to watch. There’s a nice open outdoor area in the back. The owner’s, staff and management are friendly, and service great. I highly recommend RipTide Brewing.

What a find in Naples. Great little place to stop for a few good brews. The staff and ownership are very friendly and the IPAs are fantastic. It should only get better as they’ve only been open for a few months. Highly recommended!

Impressed! Coming from Cincinnati, where we have about 12 craft breweries, it’s obvious that these guys did their homework. The tap room is well laid out and offers a variety of seating as well as board games and live music. The complimentary snack mix and water on the tables is a nice touch. We did a tasting of 12 beers and were pretty impressed by all but two. As others have said, it would be nice to be able to customize your flights rather than have them be pre-selected, but since almost all the beers were tasty, it was fine. We’ll certainly be back and will be telling other friends to check it out as well. Great to have a craft beer option in Naples!

We visit Naples frequently to see family. A lack of decent beer in the area has been one of my long running disappointments in the area. That’s why we were excited to find Riptide had opened since our last visit. Convenient to the downtown area that caters more to the retired crowd that wants to drop $ 50 on a steak, Riptide is a great alternative for those that don’t believe Stella Artois is the pinnacle of beer achievement. There are a couple of minor things that keep this from being a five star spot, and a couple of things that are better than many microbreweries. The one that I cannot excuse is the inability to build your own flight. Putting a Belgian on a flight with a stout and a porter and expecting all of your customers to like how you group your beers is mildly offensive to the customer. I like porters and IPAs, but not stouts. Well, no dice for me at Riptide. Out of the probably 50 different brewery tasting rooms I have been to around the country, I have never experienced this. I have never before suggested to an establishment how to run their business before, but I am here. Riptide– change this policy! Second, the service level is not what I expect at a brewery. There was an owner present when we visited. Despite sitting in a prominent location and making eye contact several times as he worked his way around the room to talk to people he knew, he avoided even asking us if everything was ok. Part of the fun of a brewery is getting to know people, talking about beers and what they like and don’t like about the place. Tip number two to the management — treat everyone like they are your friend and make sure your staff does the same. Taprooms are great places to make new friends, and that includes the staff. Now to the good stuff– the beer. For a two month old brewery, the beers exceeded expectations across the board, mostly. The three IPAs did a nice job of covering the variations in that style. The porter was a solid example. The two that weren’t outstanding were the pale ale and the stout. Both were lacking the balance that is critical to those styles. I bet after a few more batches, those beers will come up to the quality of the others. A note for people in Naples that are not familiar with a typical taproom– this is not a restaurant! The fact that Riptide has partnered with others to have some dips and sausages available in the cooler is an unusually nice touch. The option for wine and cider is also something that isn’t always featured in a tap room. Riptide has done an excellent job at making this a destination for those that haven’t quite caught on to the taproom style. There was also a food truck on site when we were there. For a craft beer taproom, Riptide offers more options than 90% of the typical breweries. Well done! I’d come back to Riptide and recommend it to friends. With a couple little tweaks, this could be a five star, highly recommended destination. Excellent start for a new entry into a new market in Naples!

Three stars for beer, one star for overall guest experience. Incredibly rude, painfully slow service. Note to management, Misty(dark red hair, coral yoga pants) is doing your establishment no favors. Seemed to be the only bartender at one point, and repeatedly told everyone around us, direct quote — «Jesus H. Christ, I only have 2 hands!» The man next to me asked about the Porter, and was told«I have no idea, it’s been on tap for a week. You want one or not?» Not knowledgeable, or nice. Apparently dogs are welcomed in as well, and two started fighting. Beer was alright, but you can’t create your own flight unless you want all guest taps. Either option A or B, no exceptions, as I was told. With many new craft breweries and craft beer bars available in the area, do yourself a favor and head to a spot where your business might be better appreciated.

Fun place in Naples with a young crowd, good beer, and a nice atmosphere. We’ve only been here a couple of times but enjoyed it. The staff is very friendly and even on a busier night it took us no time to get drinks. They also have fun games, including a large version of jenga! We will definitely be back with friends.

Sad to give this place a bad review but despite the good beer, unique concept of having food trucks and having nice owners who’s stopped by and chatted with us for a while… There was a terrible breakdown in service that I really hope they fix. The«waitress» completely skipped our table on a less than crowded night at least 4 times and we had to get our own drinks from the bar the whole night. Would have liked to have stayed longer too but was in disbelief at how awful this service really was. I hope this catches someone’s attention because I really want to like this place!

Cool spot, good beer, friendly staff, and one of the few places in Naples with a crowd of people under 65.

Only gluten free beer was cider and it didn’t have much taste. Rest of beer was fresh, very good. Love the samplers. Several seating options. Lounge like atmosphere. Leather couch and stools, tables, etc. seating outside too. Restrooms clean Prices reasonable, happy hour even better. Bartender knowledgeable. Had to ask for the free salted munchies, mainly pretzel mixes. Parking will be a prob during season and when other stores are open.

Good beer bar with decent selection but doesn’t offer anything else. Posted pics of food menu is deceiving. There is no kitchen and food needs to be order from food truck with the typical limitations of a food truck menu. No salads or balanced menu item options.

Fantastic new bar that Naples badly needed. Great freshly brewed beer, great prices, dog friendly, and best of all they have street food vendors behind the bar on weekend nights. 10/10, will go back.

We recently visited RipTide Brewing Company, and we tried each one of their current line up of beers. Their IPAs and their American Pale Ale taste the way IPAs and APA are supposed to taste. Same about their stout and their amber ale. Real quality! Ample and very clean space, and it is kids friendly! So glad we have a great microbrewery in Naples! Support your local microbrewery!

Wow, what a great new hangout for Naples! The freshest draft beer you’ll get, served correctly amidst the actual brewing facility. Plenty of beer and wine choices here to please any palette, with perfect descriptions of each flavor along with the ABV, so you know what you’re getting yourself into! Something new is that they offer traditional pints but also a 9 oz. option, in case you don’t want a full size 7.2% beer, if ya know what I mean. Sampler flights divvied into A or B, with the latter being the heavy hitters, comes with four different samples. The prices are extremely reasonable as well. I am updating this review as I have learned of the food options they do have! Ignorance is bliss, but see the owner’s comment below to see what they have! Awesome stuff and a great concept! They tucked in a local band in the corner in front of the old St. George and the Dragon front entrance door(seriously…and it is awesome to see that stained glass again!). I hear that local musicians will be featured. A must visit and definitely will be a regular hangout for this reporter.

Beers are excellent! Atmosphere is cool with the brew tanks visible behind a large bar. Pitcher of water and snack nuts provided to everyone upon ordering — nice touch! Bartenders are friendly and the owners are out introducing themselves — felt welcome right away!

Ok, Let me start off by saying it’s not easy to start a brewery out of thin air. These guys nailed it! They have a passion that makes you want to start brewing your own beer! This is the first real brewery in The downtown Naples Area! I’m excited that they are here and wish them the best of luck!
