Sonic Drive-In

I’ve always enjoyed the quality burgers and the milk shakes of this place, and the speed of service has always been good. I highly recommend this place, given that it has lived up to the hype I’ve always heard about it. It’s good to have a Sonic in Naples.

First off… the service here sucks. SUCKS. The cashiers never thank me for my business. There have been a couple of times where the service was so bad, I drove away before getting my order – after ordering. I had waited once, for over 20 minutes with three cars in front of me. Did I say the service sucks? Most recently, I gave this disgusting location (by that, I mean dirty and rundown) another chance. I ordered a strawberry shake (which are incredible for fast food…) and they gave me a chocolate shake. The person with me noted that I clearly said STRAWBERRY. I got chocolate. Suffice to say, I will never be back. The WORST Sonic anywhere. I have been to some great Sonics, where the people working there actually care about what they do. This place is NOT one of those – I don’t think they have ever cleaned the building, windows or parking lot. DIS-​gusting.

I come to the location frequently because I work in the area. The food choices are decent and everything has always been fine.
My biggest frustration here is that they constantly get my order wrong. The service is usually decent. Milkshakes are average, but not something to brag about.

Garbage. Don’t waste your time. Food was terrible. Who serves free desert, ice cream, at the same time as the meal? Fries dried out and old. Meat almost unrecognizable. Save time and flush your money down the toilet

Food is really good and the waiters are nice. Sonic is always a delicious go-​to place when you’re on the run. Burgers are my favorite!

Worst service they kept looking at us out the window but not answering the speaker just had the message keep coming up «someone will be with you shortly». No cars in the drive-​thru so not sure what the hold-​up was. Felt bad for the roller-​skating server that was going all over the property to drop off food, he had no clue whose order it was. I love the diet limeade and they do have good coffee too, but, do not go here if you are in a hurry or want something healthy obviously.

The service here was terrible. They got our order wrong and tried to bring us change, after we paid with a credit card. They forgot our drinks, they forgot that we ordered a lava cake. They left a dirty rag on our tray and we had to remind them to give us napkins, mustard and ketchup. Then all they had to say was «oh I’m sorry». If you can avoid coming here please do. I’m giving them 1 star because 0 stars is impossible.

This Sonic has completely fallen apart. I don’t know what happened this past month; but, I have had the worst experience lately. Most recently, I pulled into the bay to place an order like usual. I noticed that the employee had a hard time hearing my order. It didn’t show up on the screen; but she acknowledged the order so I just thought there was something wrong with the screen. I sat there for 30 minutes. No one one came to check on us; nothing happened. It was like they just didn’t care. I’m so glad there is a Culvers opening soon nearby. Used to love Sonic.

very good burgers, fast service, and the milkshakes are the best in town. it’s not a fancy restaurant but it’s food And service never disappoints

I don’t think there is a better burger under 5 bucks than the Sonic Super Double Cheese Burger. Always delivered to me as Hot N Juicy with loads of flavor. Added to that,
Sonic is way ahead of other Burger Joints with the variety of Soft Drinks. Service has always been fast and friendly. Don’t go unless hungry. People who are not really hungry usually find something to complain about.

Waited 37 min in drive thur at 11pm at nite, very slow service… but food was decent !!

We’ve been there three times while vacationing in the area. Have never gotten any service. We have sat and waited for 15 minutes each time. Don’t waste your time, it’s probably not worth it anyway.

Im no rocket scientist but I know when I order a Coney Dog it should not come as two hot dogs on two buns in one wrapper. I am not happy about this. I keep looking at the two dogs in the tray and I feel I have been lied too. All Mike wanted was a Pepsi, all I wanted was a real Coney Dog.

Went here for the first time last night and the lady that got our order was such a bitch. I was ordering and them interrupts me with «order again when you’re ready» like okay my family is big and I’m memorizing every order. She didn’t seem to enjoy working there.

We’re not regulars here and we only stop in occasionally. But each time our food is delivered hot and tasty. Employees have always been friendly.
During our most recent visit, we received the wrong order. No biggie. The manager came out, apologized and offered to comp our desserts. Not necessary, but appreciated nonetheless.
Speaking of dessert, we ordered the molten chocolate cake topped with strawberry and bananas. We were very surprised! It was delish. The food is basic fast food, but I would actually choose it over the other 3 fast food burger joints.
I’m giving them extra credit for service hence the 4 stars.

Wishing their was a Sonic closer to home.
Sure will be stopping by on our next visit to Marco/​Naples. :D

I usually like to mess with Sonic and tell them that «This is one of the slowest drive through I’ve ever been in… „that guy“ in front of me never even moved so I picked another lane!» LOL
Sonic was a great novelty to break from the norm of Fast food on the East trail. I used to have a job that put me nearby during lunch time 2 days a week. It was a toss up between here and Long John Seafood shoppes and a few other choke and run places down in the opposite direction I ended up at LJS partly due to nostalgia Ahoy! and partly due to wanting seafood treasures arrrhgh!
Over here you get your basic Old style drive up with a modern twist. Choices are 6 Burgers or 8 types Dogs. I like the chili dog and corn dog, just for ease.
This gives me good memories of The drive up A&W root beer place, and drive in movie theater without the movies of course. you can come to see some of the cruisers on the weekend. or just hang with friends and watch the parking lot or traffic on the E. trail. Oh yea… if you are in the area they have «Happy hour? » 2 – 4 every day. ½ priced soda and slushies. But, no RUM??? Matey!

Came here to see the chicks on roller skates and to get a milkshake. Instead I got some dude (no roller skates) and a hamburger.
My smoothies were okay (I wanted just watermelon, all they had that was close was cherry strawberry or something like that) the hamburger was actually better than I expected. and actually tasted like real meat.
Then the top to my smoothie popped off as the poor server handed it to me, getting sticky slushy all over my console. NOT cool I would have asked for another cup, but Chaquita behind the glass looked like she might kick someone’s butt if anyone bothered her too much. So I just tucked my tail between my legs and drank it down so it wouldn’t splash all over my car’s upholstery.
A lot of old folks seem to frequent this place, as the prices are cheap and they seem to smoke-​signal them in with 1960’s music they blast over the radio. I had to roll my windows up to prevent my ears from bleeding.
Overall, not too bad for cheap eats.
