Starbucks

Always a pleasure to visit this wonderful Starbucks Coffee location. The barristas are knowledgeable and fast in crafting many creations. Almost all of them are friendly as well! Don’t be in a hurry, as this is a very busy store.

I’m a daily starbucks customer but have only been to this one the past few days while on vacation. The store is nice and up until today, no issues. Today however was a different story. Not overly busy, but very steady. After placing my order for coffee and a cold drink, I took my coffee and went to the end of the bar to wait for the iced coffee drink order. While watching the barista at work (Randy) I noticed she appeared to not be having a very good day. Nothing close to a smile, semi slammed down each drink as she finished without a mention as to whose it was. She then left the area for several minutes to accept a delivery of items. Never considered having anyone fill in for her while she was gone. Another younger guy was working the iced drinks and had a stack about 10 – 12 high and asked Randy if the drinks were top to bottom or bottom to top. She said «I don’t know and don’t care». Bob was another guest who like me had waited well in excess of 10 minutes for our cold drinks and he said he did care. I asked Randy (who by the way was wearing the managers name tag, which means giving Kiera (I think) a bad name) who was helping her with her attitude today and she was nothing but unpleasant and said she didn’t do anything. When I mentioned we had watched her with the drinks and heard what she said about the order of cold drinks, she half a… ed said she was sorry, but went about having her bad day. Time for Randy to start the new year with a new attitude.

What you normally look for in a Starbucks, fast service, pleasant employee, well made coffee and snacks. What is outstanding about this place is the location and outside seating area. Located on Fifth avenue in Downtown Naples this is the perfect spot to watch the passing parade of people and the spectacular array of cars cruising past. The outside patio is set back and shaded with a fountain softly burbling. Ideal on a 80 degree Spring day.

ROACHES EVERYWHERE!!!
On that particular Sunday afternoon, Jan. 18^th, I will never forget. My buddy and I walked in this crowded Starbucks in Naples Downtown. And right away I stomped on this large COCKROACH. I calmly brushed it to the side with my shoe figuring there would be only one.
But NOOOOOOOOO!
We walked to the counter and saw literally a trail of dead and alive ones near the opening to the back storage area! An employee was stepping over them and just ignoring the little creatures.
As we were leaving I actually killed another one under a table. SPREAD THE WORD ABOUT THIS PLACE. God knows what else is runnin around back there!!!

I can say, as busy as this place was– it was the longest line i’ve seen at a Starbuck’s, they were very efficient, and I got my chai tea latte in record time.

Yes, I am definitely a Starbucks fan. I’ve been to my fair share in many locations. This Starbucks has a nice inside layout and large outside seating area. Service was extremely friendly and prompt. I like my Starbucks fast and consistent and this location did not disappoint.
Taking one star away for the heinous restroom situation, I get the feeling that many people use the Starbucks bathroom as a public restroom in downtown Naples. I could not get out of there fast enough. My advice, enjoy your cup of coffee but use the bathroom at home!

This is a nice new Starbucks.
It has seating inside and out.
Very relaxing atmosphere.

It’s Starbucks. Very uniformed menu that’s consistent with every other Starbucks.
That being said, the staff were friendly and the seating was unique. There’s a little bar you can sit at and study or watch the baristas (hate that word) and there are also some comfy chairs that are actually conducive to visiting, unlike some Starbucks.
The outdoor area is fun as well. There are some tables outside that you can sit at and people watch down 5^th if you get sick and tired of walking. Don’t know what else to say, it’s Starbucks.

I don’t usually review chains… but feel I must comment on the service in this one. Very efficient and fast. This place is a well oiled machine in the morning! I would plan my morning run so I ended up by here and would get a coffee and walk back to our vacation condo. The barista would be way ahead of the cashier on getting drinks going… she was usually asking the second and third person in line their drink order. I’ve been to alot of Starbucks… they aren’t all like this

This Starbucks is located on 5^th ave and is noticeably a very popular spot for many of Naples locals. The place was busy, but the employees were all very friendly. I noticed people walking in and out to use their one bathroom.
Overall, this was a very clean Starbucks, which I wouldn’t mind stopping by again.

Best place to meet & greet! Staff is fun and remembers your favorite brew and often your name… that’s service!

Staff was super helpful and nice. They let me sit there for several hours and use the internet. Good coffee as usual.
