The owner was very nice however the cleaning was less than optimal. Paid $ 110 for a deep cleaning, fans were not even dusted. I felt I should’ve given them another chance so I called the owner and told her of my concerns. She apologized and gave us $ 10 off the second regular cleaning which was normally $ 75. One cleaner came for about 1.5 hrs and again the fans were not dusted, there was dust in other rooms, sinks were dirty. I live in an 850 sq ft house with 2 bed/1bath. I feel that there should have been more time spent, especially with only 1 cleaner and the price. I would recommend going with a larger commercial company that is thorough and you get what you pay for.

This company offers the best price for the best service. I admittedly am very picky because I don’t want to pay someone like these conglomerates to clean my house as lightly as I do lol. I expect my cleaning service to shine… Susie’s is extremely thorough, you’ll get your floors mopped EVERY time, they don’t fly through… they actually clean!
Highly recommend this cleaning business. If you ever need extras like baseboards scrubbed etc the company offers this. Thank you for giving me back time and allowing me to take time off from cleaning!!! :-)
