Great family-owned restaurant. I eat here at least 5x a month. The staff is friendly, quick, and the food is good.

Best breakfast in Naples. Better food and more of it than another broken egg or skillets at half the cost. No corporate brought in bagged frozen here like the other 2. Fresh and delicious. unlike broken egg, that’s a fact. service awesome and happy people sharing happiness here. take a lesson from here corporate junkies…

Only get one star because the food is decent. The service is uncomfortable, awkward and disorganized. They do not sit in order of arrival, they sit in order of largest parties. This is attributed to them being greedy and wanting to make the biggest tips they can. The restaurant cooking area seems unsanitary. I have personally seen them serve ice from a 5 gallon bucket rather than a sanitary ice machine. As a Naples resident its obvious this place caters to snowbirds and lowers the already low standards during the off season.

GREAT Breakfast place it’s a varied menu. Everything we had was great and what we see throughout diner was great. Very reasonable and great service. Bottomless cup of coffee. You won’t be disappointed here. The Country Eggs Benedict was a tad spicy. Not spicy hot! Great dish. See pic. The three egg omelets are huge. Enjoy!

Good value for an American breakfast at this cozy roadside diner. Biscuits are enormous, but more of a dinner roll style in my opinion(judge for yourself). Portions were generous and prices were reasonable. Service was friendly too. Location is in a strip mall next to Raceway gas. Some dated décor, and some odd décor(big poster sized pictures of food on the tabletop itself), but overall a good place to consider for a nice hot breakfast.

A group of us go there on Friday morning for breakfast the food is good great prices and a staff that makes you want to come back. We’ve been going there for years and can’t say enough about the homemade food and staff it’s not an fancy place just good food in a clean place.

Stopped in here for breakfast. Cute little café in a strip mall. Looks clean, service was exceptional, food was tasty and prompt. I had a waffle, eggs, bacon and coffee. Hubby ordered a breakfast sandwich. Would visit again if in the area.

Disappointed with this after reading such good reviews. Food was mediocre. Booth we sat at wobbled back and forth. Waitress was nice. We will not go back here again as there are so many great places for breakfast.

Really not sure why this place is getting good reviews. Took a chance based on what I read and recommended to my parents for breakfast. Our booth wobbled horribly and there were lots of flies. Coffee was ok. Homemade corn muffin wasn’t good, it was chewy and not much corn flavor. I had two scrambled eggs and pancakes. Eggs were ok. Pancakes were chewy and it was cheap syrup. My dads oatmeal was instant and not cooked well. My mom got toast, over medium egg and pancake. Egg wasn’t cooked well, pancake chewy and toast was ok. We definitely would not recommend or be back. If you want an excellent diner breakfast, go to Goldie’s!

I really enjoyed this little place. Very friendly service. Extremely clean. Simply, pleasantly decorated. Great food. We walked in about twenty minutes before they closed, realized that, and were encouraged to stay and eat. We were still treated like good friends. The cheeseburger I had was very good. My kids enjoyed their shrimp and chicken fingers. My oldest liked the grilled chicken salad. I’d love to come back for breakfast. The menu looked very interesting.

On a Sunday morning in Naples, my family and I were on the search for some decent breakfast that did not involve us travelling to Marco island. We happened upon this quant looking place, and the thing that caught our eye was an entire crew of firemen were eating here(which is usually a very good sign). I had the 3 eggs with corned beef hash(something I can get picky about) and a side of gravy. The corned beef was slightly crispy on the ouside but nice and warm on the inside. It was cooked perfectly. The rest of my family ordered everything from vegetarian options, to the county fried steak, to the bacon etc. No one had any complaints and everyone was a bit surprised how well everything tasted. In old school dinner fashion, we were given a check to bring up to the front of the store to pay. If you’re looking for décor, this place isn’t going to charm your pants off however if you are looking for a great breakfast THIS is the place.

Stopped in for for lunch after looking for a local breakfast/lunch spot. Decided to give it a try following positive reviews on Unilocal, and we were not disappointed. Our boys ordered breakfast and we ordered lunch. Both were outstanding. We would definitely stop here again for a casual diner with great food.

When on vacation I came here 3 times for breakfast. Great food, all the vegetables were fresh. Homemade bread was awesome!

Always love this place! Great home cooked food. Breakfast is great. My favorite is sausage gravy and biscuits and my husbands favorite is the pig in a blanket with sausage gravy. It’s on the spicy side but super yummy. Servers are hard working and always get the order right.

I have been coming here for 15 – 17 years. A East Naples Icon !!! Much better NOW, then when Nana operated it. She was a snob of a drunk, and had a mouth like a sailor ! Family owned, Family operated, all homemade. Very good. Nothing but good things to say, in the nicely remodeled Hitching Post Strip Mall. Clean, friendly, busy. Swamped on the weekends. Breakfast served all day. I like breakfast dinner on occasion. Great Beefy Burgers, Salads, Breakfasts food, Best Biscuits and Gravy in town.

I’ve been happy with Nana vetta diner on 951. This is my first visit they have been here for about 5 years. I think? I was surprised how nice this one was on the East trail. Bright colored paint on the walls and fake plants hanging from the walls were welcoming. It wasn’t too busy at the time. We were quickly greeted and told to sit anywhere. We sat up front at a table. The server came with menus and took drink orders. The meals came shortly after. They share the name but it they have a distinct difference and There are some similarities and some of the nice things were the bigger TVs Draft beer, and decorations. They have flip books with photos of the menu choices. The Menu is the same but this one has a creative cook and has specials that fluctuates from day to day whereas the the 951 has a daily special that is regular week to week. Breakfast for two 19.08 +4 tip. Portions were big but Nana’s diner was slightly Bigger at the North store. The shopping center looks like it had a face lift. The parking lot is larger and easier to maneuver. The restrooms are very clean. This location is very far from where I live but if I was anywhere nearby the hitching post this would be a first choice to me. So yay I’m a fan. Food — 4 Ambiance — 3 Value — 4 Service — 5

Best breakfast in town for the price! It’s alittle hole-in-the-wall place that has ok service, but even better breakfast. The wait staff looks like father time has taken a toll. Really nice people and highly recommend chicken fried steak with grits, or the biscuits N gravy are up there as well.

Great little breakfast and lunch spot in a depressing looking strip mall. Avoid high Naples prices here and fill up for a day on one of their fabulous five egg omelets. Old fashioned diner type service. Service prompt; kitchen a bit slow. Next time we’ll try the lunch menu. No seafood on regular menu but they did have some posted in the window as specials.
