Worst customers service ever! They offer to ship USPS packages but hold themselves NOT responsible for losing them. Don’t ship anything from this place!

I renewed my PO Box at the UPS store. They inserted and emailed me a bill for $ 159.00. When I arrived to pay for the PO Box they charged me $ 252.00 + tax. I paid the $ 252.00 and questioned the fee, but I didn’t have my paperwork with me and I went home. Later in the week I compared my receipt and the invoice and realized they did over charge me. When I called the UPS store to request a refund for the difference the manager(which I believe is the owner as well), told me that the prices changed and that the $ 252.00 was the new price. I actually got the sense they emailed and printed me off an incorrect invoice, but she never said that or admitted that. The invoice stated for a PO Box service from 6-3-2015 to 6-3-2016 was $ 12.50 a month for a total of $ 159 for the year. I asked why there weren’t honoring the price I was quoted for another year. After 7 mins on the phone she told me that she couldn’t talk to me anymore and that she had already spent over 10 minutes on the phone with me. That she had customers to take care of and could no longer discuss the matter with me, she told me that if I wanted to discuss the matter more I needed to come in and see her in person. I started to ask her what would the difference be in person vs. the phone and she hung up on me mid sentence. I proceeded to visit the store and speak to her in person. She basically said that the price for the year was different and it increased and $ 21 a month was the new price. She proceeded to show me a print out near the register saying see here is the price. I realized very quickly that this was a bait and switch, I’m afraid since I use this PO Box and changing it at the last minute would be mean missing a bunch of mail I was forced to cave and pay the additional fee. The bait and switch at the last minute with little to no options for me feels like shady business tactics and I’m really sorry I’m supporting a business like this. I feel trapped for the next year, but I will be moving my business elsewhere for the future. It’s a shame that UPS lets these stores use there name, but in the end have no say or control over the customer service aspect. But yet as the manager informed me that the UPS store sets the pricing for services and the PO Box rental price reflects what other UPS stores charge.

Very poor service and extremely rude staff. My shipment was to be sent up north, but was returned to me the next day. When I took the shipment back to this UPS store, they would not re-send it to the proper address. Instead, they told me to contact the Naples area UPS center for assistance. As an agent of UPS, they should have accepted responsibility and corrected the problem. This store is not worthy of representing the UPS brand.

Complete turn around in staff here. Friendly, now. I will surely return. Glad I chanced it. They also handle USPO. Sell greeting cards too.
