If nothing else, given that a first ride will run you $ 10 and $ 20 for a drop in class, it’s a relatively affordable way to get your boutique sweat on — but if you’re comparing it to more polished places on either coast, it’s fairly B-team. Studio appears new — fresh to the point of the staff not totally having a grasp on how to simultaneously check ppl in for a class and be friendly — and while I don’t need the desk gal to be my bestie, but a warmer vibe wouldn’t hurt — this goes for the instructor as well, whose intro was«I teach at a very advanced level» — which didn’t exactly make me feel like she was giving me a hug with her voice. Classes are 45min, stadium seating — my favorite part was that the back of the studio mountains projected onto it — two massive screens display your power, rpms, energy, etc — during the«power» classes, you have no option, it’s just displayed the entire time — apparently in «body» classes it goes on and off — and had I been a more astute class booker, I would have noticed that the«body» classes also do an upper work out, courtesy of sandbags, which I would have preferred, given that I can’t let these guns atrophy while I’m on break — while the«power» classes are straight up spin — more like a soul cycle in that you’re only told to adjust your resistance to the beat of the music, nothing RPM/power-based. Music was pop from circa 2007 — needs a refresh — and was a few decibels too low for me to get into my groove fully — but perhaps most importantly, the reason I won’t return is that zero sense of community fostered by the instructor — she was low energy, but not in a zen way, in the«I’m really just here to spin on a bike in front of y’all, I don’t care abt making this a time we all enjoy and being all girl-power abt this», which is kind of what I love abt group classes. Oh, they have lockers(but no instructions how to use them?) — but an even graver sin is that there are NO spin shoes on premise — you either bring your own or cycle in sneakers, which any self-respecting BasicB like myself will tell you in JUSTNOTTHESAME. No sense of the crew that usually rolls here as I was here during a break and it was mostly gals in their 20s visiting their parents who have decamped here. As mentioned, drop-in is $ 20, 5 classes for $ 75, 10 classes for $ 130 and unlimited monthly ranging from $ 99 – 125, depending on the length of your commitment. Oh, they also do TRX training, 5 private sessions for $ 200. At the end of the day — it’s a fine place, I just was put off by the vibe, probably won’t be back.

LOVE this spin studio. Every time I come to Naples they are offering a new type of spin class that will keep you challenged and coming back for more. Instructors are friendly and highly motivating. Classes are great for the skilled cyclists and first time cycler. Every class can be modified to your skill level.

Even being a triathlete and doing different workouts can get boring. But this exhilarating spin studio spices up your workouts! Leaving you with a great workout and euphoric feeling! The atmosphere is up lifting and they hire the most professional teachers in the area! The clean studio offers so much more with towel service, clean bathrooms and stylish clothing. The results driven cycle class also is very useful in my training and I feel I can simulate and actual bike ride indoors and stay safe! Then even after you get home the studio is always with you sending you emails on your stats and keeping you accountable! There are always a ton of great deals ! As I say it’s for the HELth of it!

Heck Yea! Game on at this amazingly cool cycle studio! Want to know your watts? Want to know how hard the gal next to you is REALLY going. This is the place. Tri geeks, roadies, aerobiholics all unite in this gorgeous studio. Fabulous instructors that pump up the jams. Clean towels, showers, lockers and change area — this is way better than any gym spin class. Go get it!
