Trim and Tone Spa

Very rude and unprofessional. Not accommodating AT ALL!
Called in today to schedule a Versa Spa appointment. Spoke with Shelle, the owner. Their website specifically state:
«Monday thru Friday 9am — 5pm
Evenings and Saturdays by Appointment Only»
I asked for an appointment after 5pm and was told they are closed… after mentioning the note of evening appointments availible she said the lady who «turns on the booth» leaves at 5.
Only one person knows how to turn on a spray tan booth?
She gave me two appointment options, neither worked for me as I work from 9 – 5. She then said «I’m sorry I can’t accommodate you» and prepared to end the conversation. I had to stop her and ask for alternative times, I was willing to go out a couple of weeks with hopes of an evening accommodation. She then stopped the conversation and said «im actually in the middle of something and I thought this was my husband, Ill have to call you back»
I got a call back, offering 1pm, 4pm appointments with one night option because the technician was already going to be there late however I worked late that night. Then got a rant about how its not her fault and shes had along day and I should go to another salon in Ft. Myers that has Versa Spa! REALLY?! Great business women!

If you aren’t willing to accommodate after hour appointments then don’t write that on your website.
Very dissapointed as I have previously been to this location and dealt with her husband. Wont be going back.
