The morons at this location are total pricks!!! I booked a hitch installation through the corporate office a week in advance so I can have it before my moving day. I even tried to call the office to arrange to drop off my vehicle early but no one answers the freaking line. I show up on the day of installation 15 min after opening and the idiot at the store then tells me the person who performs the installation has been on vacation the whole week. If you don’t have a person that can do the installation why accept the freaking appointment. WHATDOUCHEBAGSDOTHISCRAP… Totally unprofessional dick wads.

Don’t rent here. I made an online reservation and when I came to pick it up they didn’t have it available for me. There was only one person working at the whole place and she was rude and acted like it was our problem not hers and made us call the 800 number to find out what happened when she should of called herself. I will never come to this location again.

Total idiots who only care about getting customers pushed through their line. Don’t come here expecting anyone competent to help you.

I walked into this U-Haul on a Monday morning — with no appointment or reservation — looking to rent a 10′ truck for just a few hours to help me move to a different address. I had reserved a similar truck online at the next-door Budget before the start of the weekend; however, when I arrived that morning, they informed me that I was required to submit a $ 150 deposit to take the truck, something which they did not make much effort to advertise to me either on their website or in their confirmation email. It was in the fine print, but I feel that something that important should be made just a bit more obvious. Suffice it to say that I was now in a bind; the power was being turned off at my old address that day, and I had no friends with a truck available to help. Thankfully, the folks at U-Haul pulled me out of my bind. Their flat prices/rates were at least comparable to Budget, if not better. Their mileage rates were definitely better. Given my experience at Budget, I was very wary of any hidden costs. The gentleman at the front desk(Gary, the guy in the picture) was very patient, kind, and clear about explaining all details to me on such short notice. Come to find out, U-Haul does not require a deposit when paying with a credit card. Fortunately, a 10′ truck was readily available that morning, and I was in and out in less than 10 minutes, including waiting for customers ahead of me in line. Budget would have required me to drop their truck off before closing time; U-Haul allows after-hours drop-off. The truck was clean and comfortable. The store itself was also clean and seemed to be well-stocked with merchandise. All things considered — prices, equipment availability, location, options for customers, and especially customer service — this U-Haul station is terrific. I would suggest that Budget borrow a page or two from U-Haul’s manual, especially considering that they are competing right next-door to each other at this location. Thanks again for all of your excellent help, Gary!
