I took my Samsung Galaxy s5 into the pool(under the impression that it could do this) and it got water in the phone. These guys opened up the phone and let me dry it in their phone drier free of charge and that’s all it needed. Very pleased.

Ok, so I dropped my iPad Air on the floor and cracked the glass. I took it in to be fixed. The person helping me was very friendly. Offered to sell me a glass screen protector along with getting my phone fixed for $ 5 less… So… $ 169 plus $ 39.99. I was told I could pick it up in 2 hours. Awesome, since when I called the Apple Store earlier, I was told I couldn’t get in for 3 days. Who wants that? I don’t know about you, but I use my iPad every night, so there was no way I was taking it to Apple. I pull up 3 hours later, and they hand me the iPad. I look, and the button looks odd on it. It looks like one side is higher than the other. I tell the person this, and he takes it to the back for a moment. Then he comes back and says there’s something wrong with the graphics, and is it ok if I come back tomorrow at 11:30 am. He said he knows it wasn’t a problem when I gave him the iPad yesterday. I know this too because the only problem was my screen cracked an hour before. So I said ok. It was a long night without my iPad, but it’s only Wednesday, so I’m still ahead of the game since Apple wasn’t going to fix it until Friday. I arrive at noon on Wednesday, and they said they needed 5 minutes to finish fixing it. Ok. I sit down and enjoy the movie they are playing. There is water available and the waiting area is clean and bright. I get my iPad, and they said since I have the extra glass, they put on a button sticker tab so I can press it easier– free of charge. That is nice. The bummer is, my gas and travel time was not free, but I am glad they fixed it. They said sometimes it happens when a new glass is put on, and they damaged some sensor. I look at the iPad, and it looks great… and there is a 90 day warrantee. :) I used it a little last night and I noticed it would just make that click sound and then shut off. I didn’t think much of it until this morning. I was reading and it was doing it again. So I move it around and now it’s just randomly shutting off and turning back on. Unfortunately, it’s another drive to the place to get it checked out. I get there and they said it was my case– something about the magnets and now that I have a new screen it’s more sensitive. So I was sad that I’d have to now buy a new case… Then David(the associate) says I can have a new case for free since I had to go there 3 times. Awesome ! :) that is good customer service! Bummer was 3 drives there, but they fixed it and were friendly. All good.

Awesome! I will most certainly come back for all of my phone problems(hopefully I won’t have any though!). I went in this morning because my iPhone wasn’t charging. I pretty much knew what the problem was but didn’t have the knowledge or tools to take care of it myself. Went in at 10am, not even 5 min later my phone was fixed, and she didn’t charge me at all. Great service. I highly recommend them.

They did quality work and it took less than three hours. However, they said they matched/beat competitor prices. I got a quote from another company for the wrong version of what I needed replaced, so understandably they did not honor it. While my iPad was being repaired, I called the competitor back and got a quote for the correct version. However, when I returned to pick up my repaired item, they said it was too late to honor the competitor’s price(which was about $ 30 cheaper) because I agreed to their price when I dropped off the iPad. That was not cool. UPDATE: After posting this review with 1 star, I received a call indicating they were mistaken about their policy. They credited me the difference between what I paid and what I should have paid given the competitor’s price. This action did come across sincerely at all but rather as something that had to be done to turn around the 1 star review.

I highly recommend this place. Very friendly service with a can do attitude. They took care of my problem right away and because it was not a major repair they didn’t charge anything! I was pleasantly surprised. Above all they did it with a smile. I will definitely go back when I need something. You should give them a try.

All I can say is wow, purchased Groupon on Monday, called to take it in on Tuesday. Took it in at 10:30 am and picked up at 1:30pm. My Ipad was fixed no more shattered screen. Absolute best customer service, I also purchased a Otterbox for the Ipad. And plan to take my laptop in next! Cant beat this location and service they provide.

My phone was water damaged & I didn’t have any insurance on it. I was afraid I was going to pay $ 600 for an entirely new iPhone 6. I took my phone in & two days later it was fixed. It was as if nothing happened to it in the first place. I know it’s scary leaving your phone with strangers, especially not knowing if it could ever be fixed, but leaving my phone with uBreakiFix, I wasn’t as nervous as I originally thought I’d be. Overall they are your best bet in Naples.

I went to the Apple Store to get an IPhone 5 battery replaced and was told it would be a week before I could get an appointment. I’m heading overseas thus a weeks wait wouldn’t work. I drove down to Ubreakit and they replaced it in 20 minutes for $ 60. This was my first visit. Needless to say I was impressed!

I am all about trust and lose sleep at night when I can’t trust the people in my life. Leaving my technology may be second to leaving my kid in the care of another person but I can vouch for the professional treatment I received at ubreakifix — intuition alone and the speed of repair for drop on same day. Worst service in Naples came back with all 4 corners bent, and then the touch screen cracked in 3 days and they would not warranty. Went to Ihospital and repaired better service, much better customer service would not send my worst enemy to these people for a repair.

I had a cracked Nexus 5 screen and it turned out to be a $ 150 repair so I passed in favor of an insurance claim. They did however address my 2006 beloved Macbook. This thing has been all over the world with me, and I’ve had to resuscitate her in the past a few times when I’ve gotten the big«?» on startup. This place is A-OK because they got her heart pumping again. They replaced the hard drive and some cable and it was pretty reasonable to get my girl back intact. She seems slower to me than before, but OK, I can live with it. A couple of things that caused concern. It took several days to get her back. All in all not totally unreasonable if they’re really busy, but usually places like this have spare parts on hand. but I could be spoiled because my last repair shop was in Berkeley CA … nerd capital of the world. I think they had to order something. Also, I wasn’t consulted on the hard drive before they replaced it… I knew they were going to replace it but I would have preferred an option or two on the storage capacity and possible speed challenges of the thing if that were possible. Also a gentleman called me to tell me that I had to bring my laptop in to be fixed(I had left it there days ago)… I informed him of the mistake, no problem, but it made me a tad nervous. These are young guys… kinda cute as the other reviewer mentioned and that earned them an extra star. I also noticed they are also selling franchises… interesting but it made me think about the technical talents of the people they are willing to bring in. Fixing old computers isn’t really something you can farm out to just anyone… is it? All’s well that ends well. They fixed it!!! And it didn’t break the bank… I’ll definitely go back. They have a huge screen TV in there … I may just stop in to watch a movie. They should sell coffee…
