Unique Nails & Spa 2

I had been coming here for nearly 2 years, but after my experience today I will not return unless the ownership changes. Under the previous owners, Lynda and Kevin, this was a polite place that cared about customers. Sadly, not anymore.
I usually had an appointment scheduled every 2 weeks. I went here a few days ago for my scheduled appointment, but I was told the person who usually did my nails had to leave due to illness. No problem. A phone call to tell me this would have been nice, but that’s ok. I rescheduled for today. I walked in today and was told the person who usually did my nails would not be returning for a long time. That’s disappointing because he was awesome. Again, no one called me to let me know before I drove all the way there.
I would have been willing to try someone else until the new owner started arguing with me. She said there was no way she could call me to tell me my appointment was cancelled. She is «too busy all day.» She has to «make a living.» Well, at this rate, she won’t be able to make a living because of how she treats loyal customers.
Don’t expect to be treated as more than a way to «make a living» if you go here. I will not return unless the previous owners return.

Forgot to get a pedicure before coming down to Florida, and my Ohio-​winter toes were a sad sight! Nice, big, clean, nicely decorated salon made for a very relaxing experience. Nick was great! Talked, but not too much, and provided lots of tips on restaurants. Nice to find this gem so close to our condo!

My family while visiting Naples Florida during the month of February. I was in need of a gel fill and found this nail salon on Unilocal.Since the reviews seemed great, I decided to give it a try. I am so happy that I did! Not only do they have excellent service but the staff is friendly and truly pay attention to the needs of their clients. The salon is extremely clean and inviting. Linda the owner, did a terrific job on my nails. My mother and father also got pedicure and they were also very happy! Would highly recommend Unique Nails!

Very impressed on my first visit here. They did a great job on our manicures and pedicures! I’ve had some bad experiences in the past but other salons, but nothing to worry about here. They are very professional. My daughter showed them a picture of how she wanted her nails with designs and they came out exactly as the picture!

I have visited most salóns in the área since I moved to Naples looking for something as good as my salón in Miami… I finally found it! Keep up the Good working…

I finally found it! I’ve lived in Naples for over a year now and I’ve finally found a nail salon that can get the job done. My gelish manicure lasts up to 4 weeks and my pedis last just as long. Kevin does amazing work every-​time. The staff is super nice and the place is new, clean and inviting. I’ll never go anywhere else!
