We recently had Upkeepers complete our condo bathroom. Tom, Chris and the gang did outstanding work, they removed and replaced tiles, vanity, shower, and toilet redid some plumbing and electrical work, laid down granite and painted. They were friendly, honest and results oriented and wanted to make sure I was happy throughout the process, which I was. They worked with the condo association to make sure renovation bylaws were followed. They worked with me on material selection and gave me decoration advice. Once we received the permit, everything moved forward like clockwork, and they met timelines as promised. I received several bids and their price was competitive as compared to others in the area. I have Upkeepers penciled to do my next project.

I have used Upkeepers twice in the past seven-​months (Sept 2013 and April 2014.) My husband is disabled; in addition to not being able to lift heavy items, I am not mechanical. Both times that I used Upkeepers, it involved mechanical issues that I did not know how to complete in addition to shelf hanging, some furniture pieces that needed to be put together, hardware drilled into concrete walls, bike repair, etc. Both times, Tom was quick with his response back to me (within 24-​hours.) My schedule was accommodated (I needed to change one appointment… Chris was very gracious about the last minute change.) In both cases, all of the work was completed quickly, thoroughly and professionally. I would unequivocally use Upkeepers again. It was a relief to find a reliable company to handle seemingly simple things that were overwhelming to me. Upkeepers, Inc. is a dependable team that I would gladly refer my friends to.

We recently had several home improvement jobs completed by The UpKeepers and we couldn’t be more pleased. The jobs included the following: (1) Remove 4 scratched pieces of laminate wood flooring and replace with unscratched laminate wood; (2) move a light and a fan switch from one bathroom wall to another; (3) install a hot water dispenser at the kitchen sink. These were not what I would consider easy jobs for a handyman service. The workmanship was outstanding on all jobs performed. The men who did the work were friendly and professional and explained to us what they were doing at every step. Chris who set up the job and oversaw the work was concerned only with our ultimate satisfaction. They were in and out in two days and we are enjoying all of the improvements they made. We highly recommend The UpKeepers in Naples based on our personal experience.
