I went to the Vision Works on Pine Ridge and wow I was impressed! The staff is so sweet and professional. They were so helpful, I was in and out so fast! They helped me pick out glasses and assisted me in finding the pairs that fit my face the best and looked the cutest. my glasses were ready in only an hour! I can see again!

Currently at the visionworks location off of pine ridge rd by airport road, they don’t have that location on Unilocal.Me & my fiancé had a 10am and a 1030am appt. It’s now 11am and we are still waiting. I cancelled my 1030am appt just now and hopefully she can be seen soon since her appt was an hour ago. Customer service does not exist with visionworks!

Staff was friendly, great selection, there is always a «sale» cough cough. My last visit was for a pair of Armani glasses and Guess Rx sunglasses. It took 14 day’s for the lenses to arrive, ridiculous because this is supposedly a «about one hour» make them while you wait store. My script is easy, single vision –1.75 –2.25 55.5PD. The in house lab screwed up the PD by 3 mm on one pair making them unusable and cracked a sunglasses lens on the other. I wasn’t going to wait another two weeks so I cancelled the $ 450 order and went elsewhere.
