This quite possibly is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I recommend that you consider Direct TV or some other alternative to this cable provider. They are charging me for equipment I was never given. This is my second day in a row here and they cannot resolve. No supervisor or manger on premise on Sunday. What a monopoly and total rip off!

My visit was prompted by my wish to upgrade my service with a DVRBOX. I contacted sales received a txt for upgrade went to store. Checked in with Q 4. Very polite and efficient, served quickly, received new box and new remote. Returned home installed box. Then the fun began. 4 techno toons 4 hours over 36 hr period to find out I received the same equipment different model«no DVR«I’m headed back to store armed with the model number of the box I need.

I heard a lot of bad things about the old store. This one is new and all fancy schmancy. We did have to wait a while, but I guess that is par for the course. The associates seem to know what they are doing which is a plus. The seating is comfortable and they didn’t try to sell me a bunch of crap.

Not a good start. There’s an attendant at the computer sign in. Why? After two prompts and 2 computer freezes, said attendant did something to bring up a keyboard. I signed in. Simultaneously, I hit«go» as the attendant leaned forward saying, «Don’t hit go.» Then, «See? if you hit go, it freezes.» Omy. My fault, Great Xfinity Sir. Th is is a big retail space that looks like an airline terminal mated with an Apple store. Same 5 clerks as before, however, when Comcast aka Xfinity rocked the look & feel of the DMV. The new store posts your name on an overhead wait list displayed like an airline boarding list. I came to return modems ordered by a tech after a house call. I don’t need any of them. Never did. This is an interesting customer svc technique to bill you for unsolicited hardware before you get a chance to schlep them to an expensive retail site such as this one. When it was my turn, i was granted a credit. Yay!

Comcast sucks in a major way. You go to their website to find the closest store, and when you arrive it’s closed. Come on, no wonder everybody hates you. When you get to the new location it’s quite possibly the worst possible location in Florida. Right next to a Trader Joe’s in the final bastion of nearly deads. What the hell were their corporate people thinking?
