Now a Greek restaurant. We went for breakfast and had a feta cheese and spinach omelet. Lite and fluffy with great hash brown potatoes. We returned for lunch several days later. I had a Greek salad and a gyro. Too much of the same thing. My recommendation, have breakfast here and lunch at Martin’s (the grocery store in town). They have great soups and toasted sandwiches with a sit down eating area.

Wow, what a breakfast! We were driving through Nappanee and caught site of this little gem. A local hang out with wonderfully prepared breakfast items. Hubby got the Corner Skillet (hash browns, cheese and bacon in an omlet, covered with country gravy) and I got the egg white veggie omlet with baked oatmeal (never heard of baked oatmeal so I had to try it).
Oh. My. God. So good, I left not missing my local California haunts that have been on my mind since we left on vacation. Now I will miss the Corner Café. My hubby says it was the best country gravy he’s had and he’s from the south!
Don’t come for the décor – ‘cuz there ain’t none. But, do come for the breakfast and you’ll love it!!!
