I had a reservation at this hotel and cancelled it within the cancellation policy. I was still charged. I have left numerous messages for the manager to call me back as he is «unavailable» every time I try to speak with him. This is very sad as it is a comfortable hotel and have stayed there in the past. I will no longer stay there because of the poor service I have received.
